Character Physique and Demeanor
Aedelric Adahn’s is a fully grown man taking in the bold features running in the blood of his people. He stands at a height of roughly five feet eleven inches, with a quite muscled build honed from his life within the wilds and his work at the forge. Adahn’s shoulders sit broadly upon his frame, accentuating his stature without being improportionate, perfectly accentuating his muscles and stature; this show easily, but his muscles are not overly large, giving him a large amount of strength and the ability to control them excellently without constriction. His bold features run together with a strong facial structure set with a moderate jaw, undefined nose, well-set proportionate eyes, along with detailing features that can give a heartwarming smile its glow or his wolf-stare its potency. He might not be the stage-star of the empire, but his charms might just be noticed by a pleasant woman. His features are set with a goatee, going into a moderate sized beard that is given two well sized braids at either end of the chin. Atop his head is a brown mane of long autumn-hued dirty-blonde hair, flowing wavy and strong, with a slight bit more wave at the ends.. Sitting in their sockets are two deep green eyes, which possess the same potency as nature, as well as their double-edged ability. Adahn gaze has stared down larger men, and given them the assurance that should they prove themselves rogues, that he was more than enough to stand against their efforts. Adahn’s complexion is a white color, despite the efforts of the sun which would bronze most men. Upon this form, run several scars, suggesting to the dangers the wastes can present; one scar in particular runs down Adahn’s face, resting between the nose and the left eye. Adahn also boasts a hygienic nature, his people having developed a simple understanding between hygiene and wellness. Adahn’s motions and movement seem to speak as well as his features, no matter whether he’s appearing calm and friendly or harsh and opposing, his motions appear swift and composed.

Character Skillset
Education and Intelligence
Overview [Average]: Adahn is a moderately intelligent soul, capable of learning things just as any other human being, with his own advantages and disadvantages. Adahn has devoted survival skills, as well as the simple knowings of carpentry, woodcare, and construction; however, these fall in the shadows of a much greater knowing: Adahn is an accomplished smith. Adahn grew up around the forge, metallurgy and the skills involved in creating tools and items were taught to him and mastered quickly. Adahn knows the simple math to accommodate the work at the forge and the understandings of the math behind the weapons he fashions, while not perhaps mastering the calculations enough so to use the more complicated himself.
Cunning and Wisdom
Overview [Depending: Poor or High-Average]: Adahn is from a culture of survivors, where adapting can mean life or death in some situations. His wit can be sharp in a bind, but is as useful as a wet match in other situations. Adahn tries to give most people the benefit of the doubt until they prove themselves rogues, this gullibility is an example of his stigma; he is not a civilized soul. His street smarts can keep him from getting knifed in an alley, but operations involving intrigue and espionage are beyond his ability to quickly deal with; his civilization is a simple place, where the rudeness of civilization does not exist. However, he is a deep thinker as well, and feels deep as well; Adahn is an open minded soul willing to explore, meet, learn, and impart upon those what he’s learned in his time on the Earth. Some take his words with a grain of salt, some have found his words to spell messages deeper than sages multiple times older than he.
Physical Survivability/Combat Ability
Overview [Adept/Mastery]: Adahn was born into a world where there is beauty and simple pleasures alongside trials and tribulations; Adahn was one of those who met these things readily, choosing to stand fast to protect, defend, and survive. Adahn has been trained in combat, mentally and physically, trained to use his passion but not get lost in it, using skill, conditioning, and heart to forge himself into the warrior he needs to be. Excelling mostly in melee combat, particularly blades and specializing in dual wielding broadswords, or wielding a large bastard sword; he is also quite proficient in hand to hand combat, he has been trained to use a longbow, but is little more than an amateur with it. He specializes primarily in medium armor using a combination of leather, metal reinforcement, and enough plating to allow him great mobility and swiftness, while still remaining defended.
Arcane/Mystical Abilities
Overview [Inept/Poor]: Though bearing a mighty will and a deep knowledge of lore kept by his people, alongside potent wisdom, Adahn has no skill or desire for the arcane arts. Aside from what might be accomplished through his own willpower, like recovering from the effects of a spell or feeling when magic is in the air, Adahn has no magical history or connection. Adahn believes in his own ability and the power within himself, devoted to his abilities; just as well, he has a slight distrust of common magery, as do his people. He does, however, have knowledge of a particular art known to the Gaerds as the Stjarnamark, and can similarly use it to enchant items, without being a mage himself.
Survival Ability
Overview [Average/Adept]: Though not having the skill or know how of a devoted hunter amongst his people, he knows a good fathom of how to survive in his native wilds, and the general principles of survival thereof. He knows the characteristics of wildlife, how to distinguish if something is poisonous, a little tracking knowledge, field doctoring, and a fetch of herbalore.

Combat Archetypes, Stratagems, and Acumen:
Combat Fundamentals:
Aedelric is a skilled fighter who has learned to use the sword through twenty years of practice, and live action; Aedelric is used to the feel of many weapons, and shows particular skill and finesse with bladework. Aedelric uses skill to win the day, using mastered fundamentals, his limbs and blade moving in tactical and fierce patterns that run on both simple strategy and instinct; while not a master strategist, he is able to conceive a plan of attack and follow through, with skill in his form that allows for his instinctive and well honed battle prowess to shine. Aedelric sees skill as the deciding factor in a battle, with physique and conditioning being very valuable additions to the equation as well. His conditioning serves as a magnificent backdrop for his melee work, his body well and evenly muscular as well as durable from head to toe. Aedelric also has a natural swiftness given to him by his choice in exercising, focussing on cardio building exercises instead of just lifting, as well as stretching and medatative workouts; he has found a way to hone his body into a machine fit for protecting the innocent and those dear to him. He has a light amount of mounted combat practice.
Fury and Cunning
Those who have seen Aedelric in battle may be able to analyze the processes going through those deep eyes of his, but they certainly can comment on two things: his tenacity, and cunning. Fearlessness is something that comes to Adahn, with passion reaching the heat of his forge, and cause steeling his heart, Aedelric will leap into the fray with the majesty of a lion, and the lethality of one as well. This pays homage to Aedelric's fiery adrenaline, his stamina holding strong into the fight, keeping heart and mind working with the same beautiful, brutal, stampeding force. Aedelric however does not blind himself with anger, he will maintain control over himself, remaining keen and calculating, working to progress the battle as his body moves in fluid, instinctive motion.
Advanced Footwork, Coordination, and Conditioning
Perhaps one of Aedelric's greatest strengths is his great swiftness and mobility; his strong legs have carried him countless miles at various paces, and his ability to perform in combat shows how he is able to do such with relative ease. Aedelric has developed strong stance as well as movement patterns, he knows how to step, run, roll, jump, land, climb and how to properly cancel or augment these movements to suit his abilities. Aedelric is able to pursue a swift enemy with great speed and dexterity, also he is able to navigate the battlefield between enemies, engines, and debris. Of particular note is his ability to control, to relax while in control of these abilities; a mixture of heavy plyometric and cardiovascular/muscular training alongside meditational stretching and exercise have given him the ability to maintain composure and quality throughout his efforts.
Weapon/Armor Theory and Combat Pathology:
Perhaps it is the mark of a great warrior, a great smith, perhaps of both, the ability to determine and understand the most effective and or practical uses of weapons and armor. Aedelric possesses within him the ability to determine the strong suits of weapons he's seen, as well as deduce those new to him quickly through observation; knowing the make of these weapons allows him to understand their physical ability, while his expert combat ability makes him also able to comprehend what the fighter is capable of and how that will coincide with the weapon. Not quite the same, but almost mirroring this in similarity is Aedelric's knowledge of combat pathology; understanding the roguery between the lines of combat: How one may deceive, distract, or confuse one's opponent, and how this opponent may do the same.
Monster Lore and Combat Practices:
Aedelric grew up in a land where civilization was scarce, existing almost entirely in village settlements within great wilderness, with towns being almost a day's journey away at the very least over the great, robust landscape. The Highlands are not estranged from encounters with all manner of beasts and vileness however, and so, it serves the young of the people well that they learn a great deal of lore on these monsters from sources within their cultures. More so than this, Highland villages often birth strapping young men, and those of whom have devotion to the hunt, and to combat practice, almost naturally become Witchers or Monster Hunters entirely through their own actions, with no mentorship required, and when offered, perhaps produces even greater results. Aedelric would press his blades against beast before he would slay his first man, and long after; his talents and techniques would be honed both through practice, and through comrades, who would foster his ability to fight monsters to a high level. Upon entering several rural villages along his travels, Aedelric has on several occasions had to serve the role of a Witcher.
Rank-and-File:
One of Aedelric's greatest kept secrets, revealed only to those who get to see them in practice, and to those whom he holds most dear in his heart, will learn of these skills: Aedelric has been drilled and trained to fight in massed battle. Aedelric knows the fundamentals as well as the theory behind massed combat, knowing what facets of battle occur where, what is the purpose and or action in the combat of particular fronts, as well as knowing the basis of tactical planning, battlefield layout, frontline battery, and defense counter-measures. Though even fewer will know where Aedelric learned these abilities, Aedelric combines this knowledge with his physical and other present abilities to make himself an excellent field marshal. Able to determine how to move about the battlefield, what he can expect where, where possible killing-grounds or weak spots may be, alongside the combat archetypes useful as well as viable in close quarters and in mass.

Spoiler:
Dual Weapons: Edged
Aedelric lowers himself into a horse stance with one weapon in front of him, and one weapon held back, ready to strike with vicious fury; this is a natural position for Aedelric, and it has spilled the blood of countless foes. From this position, Aedelric can strike in any direction, becoming a Cyclone of Steel, whipping foes and enemies with powerful, heavy strokes from his blades. Knowing the weak points in armor, he can deliver deadly slashes to enemies that would cross him wearing a skin of steel, while his own deftness in leather armor makes him agile and deft in battle. He is also able to strike with both sword, using momentum to batter and bash foes in heavy armor; just as well, his knowledge of the human body allows him to strike for a foe's vitals with flashing swipes of his glorious swords. He is very mobile in this combat style, able to weave between foes, roll, dive, parry, and riposte with a precision and tenacity that has been born of years of physical activity.
Two Handed Weapon: Edged
Aedelric takes a horse stance, and holds his blade high and ready, sweeping and moving with furious blows and strength alone that can easily break bone; however, an incredible addition to this combat is the amount of momentum he can generate amidst his swings, that multiply the force of his blows even more so; he is able to disable his foes through skillful swipes and force, rupture armor, and keep his foes at a distance. Many foes have met their end at Aedelric's larger sword, his muscles and footwork proving able to generate lethal swipes easily, alongside deft motions and more straightforward swings. As well, all of his knowledge and skill with the human body and armor still apply, when foes with great armor feel themselves untouchable under plate, Aedelric makes sure to prove them wrong. Even with this larger weapon, the misconception that it is heavy, or unwieldy, is disproven, as he weaves through battles, parrying, and counter attacking with brutal efficiency. Though not as swift, or mobile as with his dual blades, his two-handed sword can reap foes with greater force, and allow him to maintain distance.
Single Weapon: Sword
Aedelric has spent a great deal of his life around swords, and along the roads, in addition to his great skill with two blades, he also has great skill with one. Adopting a less pronounced hold on the sword, held in his right hand, further away from the enemy in most cases (unless fighting with a rapier, in which a separate stance is adopted), he strikes with precision, relying on valuable strikes over numerous strikes. Most of his sword-work is plain, but deadly efficient, with the minus of a few dazzlingly lethal maneuvers and lunges. He is also quite skilled at parrying and the delicate riposte; he is also quite proficient in the use of rapiers, while shunning their use as much as possible.
Single Weapon: Edged/Blunt
In addition to his work with swords, Aedelric also has tamed the used of axes, maces, crowbills, and others; fighting with styles similar above, however, adapted with the fundamentals used for each weapon. One weapon of particular note is the blunt weapon, or hammer, standing out more so than his use with all those single weapons other than the sword. Being a blacksmith for many years, he knows how to handle the recoil of his blunt-work, knowing how to handle the recoil and channel it into more force that he can use. His muscular arms provide strength and deftness able to parry blows well enough with his movements, despite how they do so much more poorly than swords.
Gunhandling: Reloading
Though Aedelric has little to no practice with firearms, as a devoted metalworker, and yearning smith of many trades; he knows most of the reloading mechanisms involved in reloading and firing a gun. However, having said this, he does not have much, if any, experience using this in combat.

Character History
Spoiler:
Twenty-eight years ago a soul would be born to a small, beginning family in the North-Eastern Highlands of the Sword Coast, after the labor had passed, and a healthy newborn was being cared for; a name would be spoken. Echoing over the hills and valleys as the name was spoken by the parents: Aedelric. A name steeped in the blood of forefathers tracing back into the mists of time unknowable; this name would be fitting for what would become the man to hold to it, for this name carries power in its syllables. To speak Aedelric one presents heavy vowels accompanied by accentuating consonants, before stopping at an adamant break. The name's meaning is lost to the sands of time, but the legends that speak of those who bore this name, a name of long standing greatness, long stood for those of great courage, and strong hearts.
The summers would spin by, and the infant would emerge into the life of a youth; holding great curiosity and creativity in his heart, the boy exposed a great deal of energy every day in the village in which he lived, alongside his mother, father, and elder brother. The colorful culture to which he was born in fit the child like a glove, as he drove to study lore, as well as crafts. By day the boy would run and play as boys do after the chores of the day were finished; hauling the water alongside his brother, running errands, and on occasion helping their parents with simple labors. During the night, when the great and majestic moon, alongside all the surrogate sibling stars came out to dance in the heavens above; Aedelric would hear tales form his parents and others, from the wise shamans and elders of his village, learning to read and write in their languages; he would learn over time the common runic script which has evolved from the script used by their ancient ancestors, alongside the Skyscript that the gods had taught them, the words laced in the stars that carried magic within them.
One year in the spring months, during a day of particularly arduous chores, Aedelric would accompany his father to the smithery; perhaps one of his most favorite places in all the village, all sorts of great wonders existed inside of the stone sheathed workshop, and even greater wonders poured out of it once time had passed. That very day, Aedelric would step inside, and every one of his fantasies would come alive as he looked about the chamber and all its wonders. Aedelric's father would take note of his particular interest in this field, as did the resident blacksmith; they asked Aedelric if he would enjoy learning of this place, and the great things that are made here. Aedelric, the boy with the heavy name, nodded his head and gave an enthusiastic yes; so would this boy become this smith's apprentice, and in short time, this blacksmith would realize that the boy would be, perhaps at the very least, the greatest apprentice he would ever have.
With the passing months, the boy would grow into a strapping young man, though perhaps not as much so as his elder brother or his father who devoted themselves to states of great stature, still notable was Aedelric. Strong were his arms made by the forge hammer, and greatly did his father and mother encourage him to place equal effort into the rest of his form. During this time, Aedelric's mother began to show him, as she once did as a huntress, how to use a longbow; his strong arms made it easy for him, but it still required dilligence, practice, and effort. At the same time, Aedelric was coming of age to something particular that most father's bring to their sons; though after the all important birds and the bees, mighty too was the subject of this rite of passage: Aedelric would be given, and begin training, with his first sword. This would happen after a lengthy hike to the heights above their village, where the ground is frosty in the summertime, and the great breath of the world can be heard and felt deafeningly. Once they reached this place, they would sit and rest, after looking over the environment, Aedelric's father would speak.
Spoiler:
"Fire and wind come from the sky, from the gods of the sky; strong are our gods who live in Hlidskjalf at the foot of The All Tree Vedrvidr, Wind is the flow of life that passes through the tree, carrying with it Fire from Aespulheim, and Water from Vanirheim. Once we did not have any knowledge, nor any blessings from our gods, Aedelric. They once gave their blessings to the Alfar in the Old Times when all humans were Gards; they saw the advancements of the Alfar and their power, and through this they gave their blessing. The gods would find us when the elves came to our lands and sought to make us submit. They would enslave and drive off our peoples, and even when our descendants would throw off the yolk, again we would be attacked by those who were once Gards. They sought to destroy the symbol of Kelund, the god who died and whose corpse is the Earth, and while we defended it valiantly, they overran us with numbers, and these humans who earned the blessings of the gods by overthrowing the elves fooled Oden, and took from him the Irminsul. Oden was angered, and the Earth shook, and fire and wind cast down these tyrants and threw their bodies into the waters. But in their rage, the gods forgot their blessings and left them on the battlefield; and we who found it; not gods, not giants, just men. The gods found favor with us, but did not give us any blessings, no grand fates; they left us to our own destinies, for us to forge by our own hands, under their watchful eye. Our gods are strong, as are we, but we must earn our strength, even if they do bless us, we can never ask for more than the means to help ourselves. For in this world there is no one you can trust, for anyone may deceive you; but in this, you can trust."
Aedelric's Father Gonir would then present him with a sturdy, shining blade. It would meet Aedelric's hand warmly, despite the cold temperature of the mountains. Though Aedelric would still foster faith in his fellow man, he could not help but feel the glorious weight of the passage upon him. Looking at it deeply, processing the words over and over again in his mind; these would be the first steps of the young man into the path of swordsmanship.
Aedelric would embrace long days and long nights under both star and sky, honing his work with the blade and the hammer; when not delving into these aspects, young Aedelric would further the lessons and lectures he received from the wise of his village, his parents when applicable. When Aedelric held a blade in his hand, whether at the forge, or at the post, something within him ignited; great fire flowed through his veins, a primal, eldritch might flowing pumping through his heart. The idealogy, and the genuine application spoke to the young man's soul; the song of the sword echoed through the eternal prehistoric veil, wrapping the mists of those Old Times inside of him, pushing him further and further into a state of both adoration and inspiration for the steel.
The yolk of time to which all men are subjected would turn this once newborn into a young man of sixteen seasons; always striving to find glory, compete with his elder brother, and bring good tidings to those of his village when possible... and when not making simple mischief as all boys do. By this time, Aedelric's hands would be as skilled as his master's at the forge; though his master was fair, sometimes scrutinizing, in his own privacy of word, he would speak of Aedelric in only the highest of regards; at least on one occasion when a man belittled the prodigal apprentice, the master flew a right hook into his chest that knocked the wind from him for at least five full minutes. Aedelric's bladework showed great promise as well, taking to heart the fundamentals, understanding the combat pathology and theory, he was able to fight at a level beyond what was expected of him. In addition to this, Aedelric was able to learn to take up multiple weapons before others were deemed ready to do so. Particularly was his fancy in wielding a sword in each hand, learning to work his feet and each arm, dealing heavy damage like quicksilver, and even more so when clutching the two-handed sword of his fathers.
In the late months of his sixteenth year, danger in the lands of Grimnir and surrounding clans would escalate in the face of a rising bandit plague, vermin of the lowest sort who called themselves the Blackskull Marauders settled in the high hills with assistance from various sell-swords who joined their cause for combat and gold, and chieftains who were paid to look the other way. Connor would enforce righteousness in the area, fighting against the forces of these vile rogues. Aedelric would be put to the test, working the forge day in and out, making arms, armor, and tools for the fighting men and women who would head valiantly into the defense.
Heading into the the dawning of Aedelric's seventeenth year, Aedelric would lose contact with his elder brother, who joined a company of hearty young men, many of whom he knew and respected, who leaped headlong into the conflict hoping to win victory, peace, and valor. He would worry greatly for him, but deify his brother's combat ability beyond that of simple fighting men that he would encounter, and alongside his company, he would be safe. Aedelric steeled himself inside, and readied for the day when these bandits would be driven from their high home. In addition to this, Aedelric would receive praise from the elders of his village for his efforts in retaining the lore and lessons he'd learned since boyhood; they promised that one day he would be a great chief, perhaps even High-Chieftain.
However into the ending of the seventeenth summer, Aedelric would grow more worrysome over his brother, and one day these fears would come to horrible light when a single soul would enter the palisades of Connor, This man would walk to the center-most open area of the village, and demand everyone's attention on behalf of the Blackskull Marauders. He spoke plainly, telling the people to lay down their arms, present their valuables, and no one would be harmed. Many people were offended, and wished to send the man back to his masters as a corpse. However, none would be quite so ready as young Aedelric, when he looked to the man's side, there he saw his brother's sword! He flew into a rage, barreling forward with hammer in hand, keen on braining the man where he stood. However, The father of our Aedelric stopped him, and bade him to cease his rampant threats; he had Aedelric leave them, to return to the forge and begin working. Gonir looked upon this man, up and down, to the sword on his hip, and the peculiar necklace at his breast, and spoke simple words.
Spoiler:
"You of the Blackskull Marauders... you wear the pendant of my sons' mothers, and you carry the sword of my sons... what have you done with him?"
The man spoke in blatant lie, saying he had neither seen nor remembered anyone holding these items before him; however, he did mention how things manage to find their way to the Blackskulls eventually. This would be the last thing the man ever did say, for Gonir had flew in a rage as great as Aedelric, and within his mammoth muscles, the man's fate was forfeit. Aedelric would never know exactly what happened to this man, but the items were reclaimed, alongside others that belonged to other members of the village, and they were returned to their homes. A funeral was held for many, one of the many benig Aedelric's elder brother.
Within a week's time, the funerals would be passed, but one more would be joining the ranks of the dead; on his deathbed was the elder-most and most beloved of Aedelric's Shaman Elders; laying upon the frame that he would never rise from again. The man's eyes did fail him, but he claimed he could see, he could see in the stars and the great mysteries were open to him as his mind began to mix with death. His words were rasping, and his breaths extended, he spoke to Aedelric as his most beloved, if not most gifted pupil, and that in the stars, all the countless things he saw spoke of great destiny, the man choked on his final breaths, with his last words being as follows:
Spoiler:
"I... see... the darkness... I see in it... the man... the chief... the smith... the warrior... toughened by the fire.... anointed in blood. Tyrants and Cowards... to your heart they will kneel... your blades will write upon... history. The gods themselves will trapse upon your path... drawn, bound, and humbled... by the fire in your veins."
With those final words, the man would slip from his mortal coil and unto the All, taking his place among the stars. Aedelric would offer his greatest praises to Oden and Selunas, bidding him safe passage unto the afterlife. However, these prayers would be cut slightly short, as he looked back towards the other side of the large village from which the War-Bells had been rung.
As fast as the young man's sturdy young legs would carry him, barreling downrange like the clouds of a heavy storm runs across the sky. Upon reaching the center of the village, there was great commotion, men in armor, rushing to the palisades. Aedelric's father would come to him, and implore he rush to their home, and tell his mother to reach the safety of the village's Great Hall. Over the sounds of his own breath, and the sounds of his feet colliding with the ground time after time, could our young man hear the splintering of the village defensive barricades, and collision against the gates. He would barge into his own home, calling out for his mother, who would hastily reply. As he headed into the Dining Hall of his small home, he could see three dark-garbed men doubled over in their own blood.
Despite how this shocked him, he spoke urgently of reaching the Great Hall, and his mother promptly agreed. Leaving the house however, one could easily behold the smell of smoke. Pacing through the village swiftly, the two managed to reach the center area of the village, the large Great Hall in sight. However, Aedelric's mother looked towards her son, then gave him a simple kiss on the cheek before saying.
Spoiler:
"There are paths we all must walk, my son, though they will undoubtedly bring people together and apart; as painful as this may be, it is a beautiful thing. We have choice, a beautiful, sacred thing, which our gods gave unto us for they saw we were strong without their meddling. My son, I must go now, and I do not know if I will ever behold you again in this life. I have seen it in my dreams at night ...your paths do not end here, so we must part. Know that your father and I love you and your brother with all force possible; as I once bequeathed to him, I give unto you now: The Necklace of my Ancestors, The Necklace of Solace, should you ever be in a place where darkness and evil reigns, take this trinket in your hand, and let the warmth of your heart spread. Do not seek to debate with me, go now; live on, for I shall always be over your head in the stars above,"
Though Aedelric would hope otherwise, he knew deep within himself, some human augury within his soul told him these would be the last words he ever heard his brave mother speak. He would obey his mother, running to the safety of the large hall, however, his pace, as he reached nearer and nearer the doors, would slow to a stop. Deep inside of himself, he knew that he could fight; he would choose to fight. He was as skilled, if not more so, than his peers who took up the warrior mantle and stood by their fathers. Having no armor but the flames of his heart, he reached for the blade he kept at his side, and turned to face the burning visage in the distance.
Jogging to meet his fate, blade in hand, he could now see the dark garbed men standing against the backdrop of what was his lifelong habitat. Men would stand before him in mocking expression, and they would be awed; his riposte would deflect their blades, and his counter would bring death. He looked to the ground, as these three first men stood in his way. He looked at two of them, the furthest ones to the right and left, both maimed, but still alive, worming on the ground. However, as he looked to the one in the center, he knew this man had already died and passed. Aedelric saw the black death seize over his eyes as he turned the man's thrust away and drove his blade down and through his torso. He did not look away as this man stared into the nothing, and his life left him to rejoin the all. Aedelric knew he could never look away, for he had killed this man, and his blood would forever be upon Aedelric's hands; even if he was a bandit, a murderer, Aedelric had taken the step to determine that he had the ability to choose whether or not this man lived or died.
Aedelric would move through the fronts, assisting where he could, though the fields of combat proved to be slightly disorienting to him, despite knowing the landscape of the town quite well. He moved onwards, helping the fight against these rats of men, while still looking for his parents throughout the thicket of the fighting. Having to advance quite near indeed to the main front of the battle, he would see a great deal of fighting, but more importantly, his parents. Atop a section of palisades, Aedelric's mother would hold longbow in hand, with a bloody blade in her belt, raining the death that longbows bring. In the forefront, Aedelric's father swung the old, heavy, family sword against his foes; great and powerful muscle tearing through the enemy ranks. Through the stalemate, Aedelric kept with some men on the right flank, with his mother on the left battlement of palisade, and his father in the center. The battle started to turn for victory unto Connor; however, the dark hands of death would not rest just yet. The gunshots that scarcely rung out, being more rare weapons this deep into the Dragon Coast, would eventually crack, and for some reason, seize Aedelric's heart more than usual. Looking to his mother upon the battlements, he saw her kneel a moment, before rising again, a red palm drawing back an arrow haphazardly, sending one out, then another, continuing to fight until another gunshot rang off and she fell to the ground below.
Aedelric's father would let out a cry of disbelief, hammering his way through the hoards over to his fallen wife. Though Aedelric could not do the same, he wished he could've. He moved as quickly as possible over to the sight, in time to see what he believed to be the same gunman fire a round into his father's back; the bullet jarred through the far right of his side, just a smidge deeper than a graze, and implanting in the dirt beside his mother. Aedelric seethed with rage, gripping his swords tight, he darted for the gunman. Several larger, armored men stood in Aedelric's way, but he was too blind with righteous fury to care for his own safety. Aedelric struck like the hand of Tyr, to whom he asked for the blessing of justice in a rare prayer; the men would have no idea what they had set themselves up against. Aedelric struck like whirlwind, grabbing a nearby fallen blade, his heart beating at a hundred thumps per minute, his blades lashed in all directions. Trusting in his hands and not fearing death, the young man would eventually maneuver his way past the men, and leap for the gunman who spoke down to his parents.
Aedelric reeled and leaped with every bit of muscle he had from a nearby rock, moving through the air, catching his father's eye, the man turned just in time to see the blade come down upon his left shoulder. Aedelric would splinter the spaulter and draw steaming warm blood from his wound, dark in the night air struck alight by fire. The figure would curse, and attempt to flay Aedelric. These attempts would be in vain, for despite being unarmored and against a more experienced and better equiped foe; Aedelric showed no hesitance, no sign of faulter. Brilliant maneuvering, and the tenacity of an enraged grizzly bear.. Aedelric's blade would've reaped the man's life four times over had he not been wearing armor. However, Aedelric would eventually be grasped by the men whom he earlier harmed and or evaded. Grabbing him under each arm, and lifting him before striking his hands with armored fists until he could no longer hold his swords. The man would admire Aedelric's tenacity in mocking tone, as such:
Spoiler:
"You are impressive in your heathenry, it is almost a shame to see it being bled... well, almost. Do you have any last words, young one?"
Aedelric would spit upon the man's cheek, and in retaliation, the man would bring his thin blade down Aedelric's face, giving him a prominent, easily-visible scar, running down his face over his left eye near his nose. Aedelric would suffer this pain, holding the spot over his face which bled. The man bade Aedelric to stay still, so that he might stab Aedelric through the other eye, and pierce his brain, leaving him dead. However, the man was careless, and Aedelric had never lost himself to despair or rage. Thinking, he drifted his head to the left, and as he noticed the man reach the apex of his backdraw for the thrust, Aedelric paused; the pause lasted only a moment, before he dashed his head to the left, perfectly in time to save his own life, with the blade grazing the side of his head, before going past, and stabbing his own man in the throat. Aedelric would pull his hands free, and land upon his feet. Reaching to procure the sword from the throat-stabbed minion, he turned with a slash, slicing the man's pistol-holding arm, before grappling said appendage, and causing him to shoot the other large armored man at his defense. The third man would run for Aedelric with his large weapon, but Aedelric would cut off his charge, stepping forward, putting him out of his element, at which point Aedelric stabbed upwards through the opening of his open helmet, and planted his blade in his enemy's throat.
No one left alive who could defend this dark-garbed villain, Aedelric dropped the sword belonging to the henchman, and instead reached for his family's sword. Holding it in both hands, opening the eye which blood now streamed down. Aedelric in his red haze walked towards the man, who begged now for mercy and forgiveness. Aedelric gave the man all the mercy he could, by smashing through his leg with the mighty sword, tearing through bone, ligament, and tendon as the blade battered through the man's kneecap. He howled in pain, tears streaming from him in both pain and fear, as Aedelric kicked the man onto his back. The man never persisted in his begging, speaking that he had benefactors, men who forced him to do what he did, and continually he offered all the pleas he could to stay Aedelric's wrath. None of them would work, for Aedelric's blade would tear down through the man's torso, splitting the sternum, and countless vital inners; blood spouting and pooling from him, the man would die at Aedelric's feet.
Aedelric would turn, and see his father clutching his wound, fading from consciousness progressively, and his mother, a light smile upon her face, eyes closed, whom was not moving. Aedelric would feel the wear on his form from both injuries, effort, and the weight of the situation take him, and bring him to his knees. The Blackskull Marauders were in full retreat, with warriors swinging blades at their coat-tails as they ran. The chief himself was one of them, but stopped just a bit outside the village, returning to help where he could. He would personally stop to see the scene of Aedelric; the men dead by his hand, and those lives of his family who hung in their own level of life. The chief would have help fetched for Aedelric and his father, and at the same time, offering his praises to Aedelric.
Spoiler:
"Though it would have been tragic to lose a craftsman as skilled as you are, Aedelric, you proved yourself of mighty heart and great valor. It is an honor to have you among my people, even more so, it is honored to see the future of our people having you among them."
Aedelric did not necessarily feel pride in what he did, only necessity, knowing that what he did had to be done, knowing that he would have regretted doing anything except those actions which brought him to that place.
Time would turn again, weeks would change into months, and months into the next Summer. Throughout the cold times, something would fester inside of Aedelric, more so than the blade scars or that of any sword. Every time he looked upon his village, every time he saw the palisades which were rebuilt, or the graves of those who fell, he felt this resounding pain deep within his chest. He no longer knew who he was, he did not know his role or place within the world, in the time of less than a week his entire world changed. He was still the smith, still the swordsman, still the knower, but things did not shine as they once did, nor was his smile as easy to draw forth. This glum dankness in Aedelric's chest would make each day that was once lovely and gorgeous into something dreary and somber. The only thing that broke this dreadful normality is the pain he'd feel about those he lost and was unable to protect, and the burning anger that seethed within him when he thought of those attackers and the mysterious benefactors thereof.
No one would notice this more than the boy's own father, Gonir, who wished only the best for his son, even in the wake of what had happened. Gonir saw this trauma take hold of his son, saw the pain that welled behind his eyes and only escaped through the piercing unfocussed glaze of his eyes. One day, Gonir would confront his son, and ask if there were any solutions to the plague that transfixed his heart, and Aedelric did not know the answer, save one thing. He needed time to find the peace that he once had, something that was stolen from him, and to do this, he wished to take his leave of Connor. He knew not when he would be drawn back, or if he would ever make it to that path. He could only tell his father that he loved him, and the place, but the wrenching feeling in him obstructed his ability to feel or express love.
Gonir would be pained by this, but would give the last of his family his utmost blessings. Aedelric would be met by heartfelt and tearful goodbyes. After they were said, and Aedelric waved goodbye to them all, and the place he loved, he would begin to walk down the road stretching onward in front of him over the beautiful countryside.
However, what he did not tell his father, nor anyone else in the entire world, was what burned in his heart. Brilliant rage, great hatred, and the hope for revenge. Aedelric would spend time roaming the countryside as a vagabond with a vendetta, tracking, hunting, and slaying any and all who had any connection to the Blackskull Marauders. His journey would lead him across the highlands, wetting his blades in various forms, working as a smith to get by, and picking up skills as he went along his way, either against enemies or alongside companions.
Eventually his journey would prove that it was a group of Pychekan-sponsered bandits to the far north of Vale who have toppled one of the old clans and established the Blackskull Marauders as an attempt to expand the bounds and power of Pycheko, Aedelric would prove his place on the battlefields. After partaking of a soldier's drilling, which his warrior's training made easier than what would be expected of a normal soul, Aedelric took to heart the lessons of warring from the old tales and legends which described warfare and gave brilliant tactical and functional points and procedures. Learning the rank and file methodology of combat, alongside combating in mass, Aedelric would become a prized soldier in time, improving with each battle he served in. Towards the apex of these battles, he would amass a series of titles, the greatest three being: The Beheader of Balloch, The Siegemaster of Evanheld, and the Whirlwind of Werhalgr.
Five Summers had passed since the fires of vengeance had been ignited within Aedelric and the time he was face to face with the object of his obsession: The High-Chieftain of what was once Clan Toragh, who now served the Czar's agents and established the Blackskull Marauders. An older man of bald head, eye patch, and once-muscled form. Once again, a man would beg for his life from Aedelric, and would be shown to death's door. As Aedelric's blades pooled the blood of the man unto his already crimson, gold trimmed carpet, and the dark cold stone flloor, Aedelric felt no satisfaction. There was no honor in this, no glory, even with the overthrow of a vile power, when he thought about all he had done, the pain in his heart grew exponentially worse. Dropping his blades and sitting on the dead man's bed, he thought of all those men he slew in combat, all of those men who were just defending their homes, their families, and perhaps ideals that were misconstrude to seem glorious to them. Aedelric's heart sank like a rock in his chest, and he could not bear to look at himself. Aedelric had found who he was, but had hated the thing of death that he found; the great and glorious things fostered in him turned not into a tool for defense, but an object of harm and rage.
In great shame, Aedelric abandoned any and all titles offered him in the night, and fled due north to the settled land of Buchloe in Occitan. His language skills were fostered in his encounters throughout the Dragon Coast, consisting of the Gard language, Common, and Occitan. Within Buchloe, Aedelric would make his living through menial labor, his smithing, and occasionally serving as a trainer. Aedelric would also defend settlements from attackers and monsters, but would never take any payment for any of his actions in those fields; seeking to redeem himself for the great injustices he had performed in anger, and his own morality, that life and coin were not interchangeable. He would spend time in Buchloe, moving from settlement to settlement northward as work would open and or close. He would spend similar time in Weissboede, consisting of mostly work along the coast of the Broken Sea. He would spend time along the coast of the sea, learning the ways of sailors, serving as a buccaneer, defending the ship he was on and the goods he was transporting from pirates, as well as learning from the work, the crew of the ships, and seafaring ways ways; he was rather valued for his knowledge of crafting, his ready sword and work arms, and of the stars for navigating. From here he would, through nautical work and travel, find himself in Pycheko, working similarly, and also trying to remain unnoticed as foreign. He would learn the Aru language, and move slowly through, heading southways, through villages, hamlets, and when absolutely necessary, cities. He would spend a very brief time in Talibar, after passing from Pycheko's northern mountains to the south; he would remain here only as long as it took him to reach the Vale. Careful to stay away from Gardian lands, he would stay in Eastern Vale, and move south, through, and back into Sanctimonia.
From eastern Sanctimonia, he would work his way through the civilized lands; he would head from the East through to the central heartlands, to the point where he could see New Imperia well upon the horizon, though he would never visit. Turning away from that site, he would continue to follow the path of work, leading him onwards progressively, with his sins and burdens dragging along the roads behind him, grinding away, as the roads twisted and turned before him. It is perhaps only right that this fated soul would one day see the roadsigns point him to Surna, catalyst of fates, and remnants of Shar's Black Tower. What he expected to be a stop in for rest and possible work would evolve into something he couldn't even begin to imagine.
From this place, Aedelric would find his way to the tavern, The Crook and Horns, and from there would begin the next saga of his life, containing therein: Life, Death, Love, Hate, Kinship, Betrayal, Joy, Pain, Sin, Redemption, and the Gods themselves. The friends and comrades he would make here would greatly further his growth, and rebirth as a person. This would show as his drive to migrate would lessen, his ability to take sides in neutral conflicts would establish themselves, and even the ability to develop himself to feel ready to maintain true intimacy. This would coincide quite luckily with the beginning of his relationship with the beautiful and hearty Selena Wildercress, whom would one day become his wedded wife.
From the moment the smith Aedelric Adahn would step through the great gates of the city, Surna, he would again take charge of his own fate. Indeed, perhaps it was only right that this fated soul would one day see the roadsigns point him to lively Surna.
Character History - Summarized
Spoiler:
Aedelric Connor is born in a large village within the Dragon Coast.
As a boy, enjoys life between chores, play, and learning.
Showing a strong interest in lore, he starts learning a great deal of mythology, philosphy, history, and legends; one particular study he will take with him from this young age is the Stjarnamark, the sacred language of the Highland peoples passed unto them by the gods.
One day, he and his father make a visit to the blacksmith, and noticing Aedelric's interest in the workshop as well as the craft, they move him to be the blacksmith's apprentice. It doesn't take much time at all for the blacksmith to see his potential.
Aedelric, like most children in his society, through a Rite of Passage, is brought into Swordsmanship.
Aedelric would show prodigy at the forge, and with the blade; taking into account the why, and how, and not just perfunctory lessons and skills.
The years would turn and Aedelric, at seventeen, would be an equal to his smithing teacher; a rising bandit threat in the area would require him to work full time as a smith for the village, but this did not detract from his other pursuits greatly.
Aedelric loses his elder brother to bandits and his most beloved Shaman Elder to old age shortly before the bandits assault his village.
Despite the advice of his parents, Aedelric would join the battle, and prove valorous. His father would be wounded, and his mother killed.
Aedelric would enter a state of role confusion, unable to see his place within the world, and only able to feel the trauma of the event, and a burning rage.
Aedelric would leave his village with tearful and heartfelt farewells, telling no one, that he plans on seeking vengeance.
Aedelric would be a vagabond with a vendetta for some time, before joining a force going to war with the benefactors of the bandits.
Aedelric would distinguish himself as a warrior and soldier on the battlefields, earning titles and honors.
Aedelric would fulfill his revenge, slaying the vile High-Chief of Clan Moregh, but would feel no rejoice. He would only feel the shame of what he's become.
Aedelric would forsake the titles and honors he's earned, and flee in the night north to Buchloe of Occitan. He would travel as a smith, trainer, and laborer, doing what he could to support himself.
Aedelric also would defend the innocent from men and monsters, but would not accept payment.
Aedelric would travel from Buchloe north to Weissboede, and from there work upon the coasts and ships of the Broken Sea, before sailing north into Pycheko, before migrating back south, entering Talibar only long enough for him to travel into the Vale. From there, he would work in the Eastern Vale south into Sanctimonia, staying in the settled Heartlands far from the Dragon Coast.
Overtime, as his sins and regrets dragged away behind him, perhaps it is only fitting that this fated soul would find the roadsigns point him to lively Surna.
From here, he would establish his identity, come to work through the trauma of his past, grow and be reborn into the man he had always been growing to be, which all the savagery and depravity of man could not stop. He would retake hold of his own destiny.
Aedelric would develop deep friendships, relationships, and connections to those within Surna; one of these meetings being the lovely Selena Wildercress, whom would steal his heart, and whose heart would be stolen by him.
It is in this city that many friends were won, battles lost, and prices paid. Amongst it all, Aedelric has distinguished his name as a man of honor, a man of prowess, a man of his word, and a fair haired bringer of justice and valor. Learning, growing, and toiling within the city has taken much from Aedelric, but has similarly given to him. The city is where his first children were born, twins, whom will carry his name onwards; that isn’t to say that his journey is over. In fact, it may have only just begun.
Indeed, it is perhaps only right that the roads twisted and turned, and all the roadsigns pointed Aedelric onwards unto lively Surna.

The Warchief's Ward - Born by Aedelric's own hand and fashioned from quality materials as supplied by the defenders of Surna, Aedelric has fashioned himself sturdy armor ready to hold him true as he enters the fray as a holder of the line. This platemail is done in a style paying homage to his culture, and reminding the eyes of the image of heathen heroes standing high in the old ways as they charge into the storm. The armor is produce from the high grade of metal in basic form, composing of a high grade steel, as well as brass for a light veneer overtop to reduce friction, and stand out amongst the crowd. Then, the armor was carved down carefully and with diligent effort, resulting in the beautiful form that gives the artwork of the Gaerdic peoples its potency.
Spoiler:
The base layout of the armor, as well as the brass veneer showing nicely in the sunset.
A sampling of what the carved designs resemble,
The Broadswords of Gaea - Gleaming and beautiful with the color of mithril, a sacred metal to many people, and vastly hard to work, Aedelric forged twin blades of great strength and poignance to stand against his enemies. No longer will he be at the mercy of those whose roguery has allowed them great means, such as Vorn Tyrr, or suffering drawback at the hands of Dverfar constructs, or foul mages. No more, now with great blades in hand, more so mirroring their wielder, expertly crafted and housed firmly in Aedelric's hands, his foes will find they have new hell to pay.
Spoiler:
The Dagger of Gonir – The only surviving family member Aedelric has is his father, Gonir Adahn, who still lives his life peacefully within the village of Connor. Aedelric sends letters when he can to his dear father, but they still lead a distance-bound relationship. Aedelric was shocked when a traveller approached him, holding a dagger procured for him by his father. Aedelric's heart fluttered in his chest reading its description, and he has made a vow to write his father more frequently.

Adding to the defensive nature of this cloak are the rings laid into the furs as to create a ringmail covering at his back.

Creations
Spoiler:
Erik Fisher's Greater Scalpel and Erik Fisher's Great Scalpel
Spoiler:
These twin blades, a Wakizashi and a Tanto, were forged at the behest of Adahn's friend, Doctor Erik Fisher. Adahn having raw material to spare, and a piece of scrap bartered from for nothing, he created two fine blades for the Doctor using his skill and materials. These twin blades are sharp and well honed, made from a fine steel, with a simple but elegant design. Bathed in a black, tempered metal and designed to be sleek; these simple blades are lethal in a skilled warrior's hand; Aedelric can only hope that Erik can learn to hold his hown should he need to.
Gift Machete for Duncan's Fiance
Spoiler:
A khopesh-machete with an incredibly sharp edge, with an incredibly well made steel base folded over various times, and showing a great knowledge of metallurgy. The blade is coated over in silver plates, and etched with elven blessings and words of power near the blade's edge, and upon the reverse edge is a black stripe with runic writings in silver. The guard is a black band of metal that leads into a pure ivoery handle, and the pommel is a silver Dragon's head with tiny rubies for eyes and ivory teeth. The handle is arched for a truely vicious swing, and the blade is excellently balanced, despite the top-heavy nature of this (and most) khopesh..
Roland's Full-Plate Armor
Spoiler:
A set of full-plate fashioned for Adahn's comrade and friend met within Surna. Due to a lack of funds to make a truly grand set, this plate armor is simple, yet excellently made. The steel plating is a strong blend of metals tempered to a suitable level and padded with leather. Spaulters and the like hold close and well to the armor, but not so much to make moving more cumbersome than necessary. Between the joins where plating cannot cover are sleeves of chainmail. Just as well, a set of sabatons, gauntlets, and a large helmet that can easily be secured to Roland's head, and yet not restrict head movement.
Marathon's Xiphos
Spoiler:
A simple piece, whose design is more a testament to simple forgings, lazily made mass productions, or decorative pieces to be placed behind crests; this is all a mere illusion of coincidence, Adahn has put his usual amount of effort into the forging of this sword. The leather-bound grip holds a grip exceptionally well, and the blade is entirely balanced. The blade shows within its brilliant sheen a good steel base and working of metals through metallurgy and folds, The guard and pommel are both steel with a top coat plating of brass. This leaf-bladed sword is a short, but very volatile piece, how it did not sell proves the nature of vain young fighters.
Lizabeth's Bow
Spoiler:
A short bow carved out of a limb of yew, double checked to have no presence of knots. The bow has been carved well and sanded down, all worked with the grain and tenderly strung. The string is a fine flax substance, and a good thicknees with which to draw arrows. As well, the bow is reinforced with steel in places where it can be allowed, giving maximum power to the draw; similarly, the tips of the bow are recurved a slight amount to make the bow's draw more powerful without keeping it within the functional range of a short bow.
Selena's Corona
Spoiler:
Upon receiving an entrancing piece of shining white metal, Adahn went straight to work for the pleasant young woman. He poured much care into the entrancing piece, chiseling the mold carefully, and keeping true to the brilliant material and it's resemblance of the Moon's silver with a lovely design; smooth, rolling patterns that roll symmetrically together. and tipped in the center with a splendid Goshenite crystal. This amulet, in addition to having the care and effort poured in by Adahn, the necklace itself exhibits powerful, natural, magical presence. This piece is a an intricate work of Adahn's, showing quality and effort that would be worth his own weight in gold.
Halaster's Battle-Hammer
Spoiler:
At the behest of Halaster, Aedelric set forth to create a weapon able to main and crush beings whose armor proved to render a solid blade less effective than should be. This is a a simple, yet very functional piece. A hammer made of a bright steel, with brass ornamentations and coatings on the reinforcements; It bears a large leather handle that can easily support two hands should it be needed. Going up to the top is a fine sized hammer tip towards the front, with a nice gnashing pattern on the head, while on the reverse is a nice, thick, but short spike. Though simple, this weapon is heavy, dense, and well built; it will be something truly devastating to slam on an opponent; braincells quiver in fear at the sight of this piece.
Morigen's Battle-Dress
Spoiler:
The Daefar Morigen came to the blacksmith looking for armor that would provide her defense while staying within lively Surna. She bequeathed to him, that he make her metal defensive gear that will deflect the blows, and not inhibit magery; Aedelric replied to her demands to the letter, and produced a fine set of armor, despite what little armor there is. Told to leave the padding to herself, Aedelric followed her specifications and sketchings thoroughly; ornate, full plated metal armguards going up to a gorget, going down into a simple, but finely made dress of fine silk by a fine dressmaker and designer. The cloth keeps to a purple hue, with darker designs over a brighter base; as well, the cloth has been fortified in its treatment, but still holding as strong as possible to contact. Descending below the dress are full-plated legguards going into refined and elegant sabatons. The dress might be a slight provocative, or perhaps a smidge eye-drawing, but it is as Morigen specified, so he can only pity the poor fool who stares.
Lifeson's Scaled Armor
Spoiler:
The man Christopher Lifeson came to Aedelric, seeking armor as he entered Surna; he had a sit down with the smith, and they spoke of what he wanted. The man wanted light armor that could stand to a beating, which is wise within the walls of Surna. Aedelric took the man's request, and fashioned him a set of leather and steel scaled armor, providing him protection at the joints and over his body, allowing him to feel more safe during his stay in Surna.
Steelguard
Spoiler:
Aedelric was propositioned within the Crook and Horns by a newcomer to Surna, who was intent on getting himself a new portion of armor and weaponry. After taking an initial payment from the man known to Morigen Esmer upon payment of sixteen-hundred shillings, he began production of the armor and weapon set consisting of a sword and shield. Aedelric pooled his efforts into the iron, tempering carefully, making the armor durable and the weaponry sharp. In the end, the armor took a lovely dark sheen of grey, as piece by piece came together in a lovely blend of mail and plate. Aedelric stood proud over his finished product, a fine suit of full-plate armor as well as a sword and shield to be given to the man; in total, Aedelric's work would yield him Twenty-seven hundred shillings, well under the true worth of this fantastic set.
DeathGraze
Spoiler:
The woman Morigen Esmer proved a repeat customer of the resident Surnan master-smith, wishing for a slender rapier blade to go alongside her new armor. Aedelric proceeded to work, taking the money for the materials and spending them wisely; Morigen's trust was not misplaced, as from these materials became items fit for a warrior queen. The slender blade is honed to a razor sharp finish, Silver adorns the blade in a light coating, designed to come into contact with the beast it strikes while not being a part of the blade's edging. Underneath this blade's silver exterior lies a strong steel form along its backsworded edge, as Morigen specificed; the blade's design is well provided by the blacksmith, and ready to have the grip wrapped by Morigen, as she insisted as well.
Crypt Splitter
Spoiler:
However, it is solid iron instead of having a wood stock, and similarly, at the end of the haft is a spike.
Crafted for the great brawn of the creature Rataka, Aedelric has fashioned a fine utensil perfect for exerting his massive strength upon his opponents. The weapon is an adze, a utencil with an edged blade kept blunt for roughly splitting hard, thick surfaces. It has been augmented to be fully utilized as a combat weapon with one or two hands by Rataka, with the great weight and strength of the cold iron drawing death to opponents foolish enough to stand in his way.
Jawbreaker
Spoiler:
A sturdy mace fashioned for the fighting man Victor in usage for combat against his foes, Aedelric has birthed a sturdy flanged mace that threatens the bones of his various enemies. The mace with four sides equally spaced and designed as to make the head level and balanced, secured to a steel shaft, and with a sturdy leatherbound grip. The mace holds together well, and threatens to undo the structure of the foes its played against.
Longsword of the Ward
Spoiler:
With the thought of the young man's potential, Victor sought to give him the embrace of sturdy arms and armor; at which point, he contacted the resident Surnan Smithing Expert, Aedelric Adahn-Wildercress. Aedelric was asked if he had such a blade ready, and, given his work, that he did. Accomplished in a design reminiscent of his homeland, the blade holds a solid hue, and a sharpness that matches its durability. The leather gripping above the guard ensures its usage even when distances are closed, and is balanced well with a sturdy pommel that can also be used as a weapon.
Ironside
Spoiler:
Built for the ward of Victor whose service requires defense as well as offense, this shield was build sturdy, and for the use of defending himself in single combat. Having little need to worry for arrow ricochet, the shield was made hard, as to better absorb blows and redirect forces. Padded on the inside as to keep the arm's sanctity within understandable means, the shield holds and serves well in its heater shape, and balanced proportions.
Brinon's Leathers
Spoiler:
With Fal's service under Victor Snowe as his trainer and knightly instructor, Brinon has found his benefactor improving his equipment as well as his skills, and as such, he finds himself receiving a fine suit of armor as produced by Aedelric Adahn's own hands. Originally crafted from spare pieces made from his productions for the respective watches, Aedelric has shown his ability to innovate as well as keep his standards high. Formed from leather armors, reinforced with a small steel plate over the chest in the front and back, chainmail lining, studding in the leathers, and similar embossments laden throughout the armor, alongside a padded gorget-collar. The colorful nature of the armor reflects the color scheme of some of the pieces left in abundance before the armor's making, but, creates an aesthetically attractive, as well as functionally sound piece.
The Blazing Wreath
Spoiler:
Commissioned by the gunsmith known simply as Solomon by the people of Surna, this shield was designed to be a true masterpiece, and so were the skills of no one but Aedelric Adahn-Wildercress pursued. Wrought from powerful mithril, as to stand firm against attacks made both through physique and sorcery, Aedelric produced a shield design both balanced, sturdy, and imposing in the tower stature as requested by Solomon. Over the sturdy mithril base is a stretching of sturdy leather dyed a deep blue, and set about with a gold-paint wreathe design, eluding to a solid center-dome. With a strong setting for the arm padded with leathers, and a well placed and firmly mounted grip, the shield seems almost devoid of awkwardness, and the work of Aedelric speaks simply for itself..

Aedelric's Ponderings
Spoiler:
Herein lies a collection of notes, journals, and things of importance that Aedelric has figured pertinent, and as such has placed it onto paper.
Characters:
Selena Adahn-Wildercress: My beloved wife. Strong, kind, funny, helpful, and honest. Words fail here, more so those written. My blades have dashed those whom have threatened her safety, and I've gone barehanded against the hounds of hell when they stood between us. Allow them to come, and they will find the road to hell paved surely for them, even if I must guide them headlong.
Gonir Adahn: My father, whom I love and honor, to whom I feel guilt for abandoning, and troubling with various needs throughout my life. He has suffered, and no doubt I have aided this; however, I must say that I have to thank him, for without him, I wouldn't be what I am today.
Ysa Adahn: My mother, a sweet, fiesty woman with one hell of a mean streak. She was able to impose and intimidate any man, if not level each of those whom earned her fear. She was an accomplished hunter in her time, skilled with the bow and the spear, serving later as a shield maiden with my father. She was a valiant woman, and she found her death in honorable combat in the defense of my home alongside my father. Her passing was perhaps harder on my father more so than myself, as she was able to impart a goodbye to me, before she charged on to death. Needless to stay, I miss her dearly.
Rolo Adahn: My deceased brother, whom I loved dearly, and whom taught me the way of the sword and the axe. I often miss him, and cannot help feel that his death was a great crime. Death came to his murderer by my own hands, and those of his benefactors; however, this did nothing to ease the pain. My elder brother lies in a shallow grave off in an unknown stretch of barren wilds, and I never was able to say goodbye.
Erik Fisher: An odd, but very pleasant man, and a good friend; I am multiple times indebted to him, and I place great value in our friendship. His skill in healing, alchemy, herbalism, and the construction of combustible items is unequaled, the two of us have the ability to create some truly devastating weapons. As well,I regret greatly what has happened between myself and his son; involving his falling out with Selena Wildercress, and my decision to tell him the full truth. Erik continues to prove a valuable friend and has served as the best man at my wedding; he was able to well resist bewitching and was able to attack me instead of Selena, which was not his instruction, for he was to kill Selena. He has proven himself an even greater friend than before, and I feel even more so indebted and guilty for the things I have subjected him to. He spent some time in New Imperia, honing his practice and spreading his name, he has returned however, which has given me a great deal of joy. If I am ever in the position to do so, I will reward this man for his various kindnesses beyond what I have been able to.
'Solomon': A quiet, dark clad man whom I find to increasingly be of the same breed as myself. He is stoic, blunt, and a wandering pursuer of righteousness, and a writer of all wrongs. A master of working pistols, I often supply him with parts and pieces so that he may turn vast profits, and I hope one day to learn the secrets of his craft. Often we work together outside of the workshop as well, battling evil and slaying foes which are unnatural and loathsome. I have a great deal of respect for this monster hunter, and I consider him a friend.
Duncan Atterson: A good man, an honorable man, and the first person I've met in Surna. A fine sir adorned in the leathers, and standing at a fair height. A bard by trade, I mean to ask him of the songs he knows of home; as the gods may know, I cannot play a musical instrument to save my life.
'Twice Born': Once a man I had the utmost respect for before meeting, then a man whom I knew only disgust. This man, known int he past as 'Deven Beef Cakebread' (what odd name the Talibarians carry is beyond me), and following as Halaster Rosethorn Keldorn; this man has been resurrected from death to serve as he attempted to in life, despite his ability to frequently be lead astray. He has engaged in many shameful acts since his resurrection, but has also done good in his time; however, I find myself sinking from an understanding perspective of his difficulty to further anger: he wishes to die. This man, gifted with two lives, amorous pursuits, and the overlook of his transgressions by the gods, wishes to throw himself into a shallow grave filled with piss-poor ale. He continues to find new ways to sicken me, even as I try to understand him.
Samuel Fisher: A promising young man who is as fool-hardy as he is courageous, a dangerous but admirable combination. I consider him a friend, and I wish to do what I can to look out for him; however, with his falling out with Selena, I believe he would like nothing more to see me fall into the void.
Reis Ti: A fiesty woman whom I decided to assist once by speaking the only language she knows, and from there, it might be safe to say a friendship built. She flees from affection, which must be difficult for an attractive woman; she has her own demons, and her own goals, as her friend I hope she can acheive them. She is a powerful planetouched Earth user, who should not be taken lightly. However strong she is, she is showing signs of suffering and pain, I do wish I could better support my friend in her troubles. She seems to be recovering and doing better as of late; this brings joy to me; however, I learned as of late she made a hasty journey back to her homeland to continue her vendetta. I wish her vengeance brings her greater peace than mine did.
Morigen Esmer: A daefar of notable confidence and guile, as well as a bit of a passionate kisser; despite that last point, I know little of her save that she is a hunter with an affinity for spells who has come to Surna for some reason or another. She keeps to herself, with success and benefit being the only thing in mind to her, and at times I'm placed on heavy edge due to this, and her bleak, grim, social outputs. The reason I know how she kisses falls back upon Spin-The-Bottle Incident, otherwise known as, The-Night-The-Women-of-Surna-Pursued-Aedelric. Morigen Esmer proves to be less trustworthy the longer I know her; her pride burns brighter than the sun, and her confidence is cold and absolute. I have no doubt that she would not pause from killing anyone for the slightest smidge of benefit should it present itself; as well, she has found herself a mate who embodies this as well, along with a potent blade from what I've heard, and another who is a vampiress by the name of Persephone. She disappeared following the disappearance of Marcus Olm; I assume her to either be dead... or serving the progeny of something far worse.
Bepern 'Cog' Mazelf: A tall man of elvish features, who knows much of engineering and tinkering. He is a pleasant soul, if curious and a bit unusual; however, I appreciate his company fully and I have taken him on as my apprentice, as he has taken me as his. I shall help him learn the forge, and of weaponry, armor, toolmaking, pewter smithing, and what else he wishes to learn. Bepem has since that time risen to the established rank as Leader of the Heartlands Craft Guild's Branch in Surna; I have hitherto signed to be a part of this organization and can now provide greater mercantile to the people of Surna. Bepem continues to prove he is a good friend who both knows the weight of gold, and kinship. Helping to secure my position in Surna against the hand of Vladimir Radislav, before his prospering status as an enemy of the state, he admitted me into the Heartlands Craft Guild, where I've been able to expand further profit when I am able to practice freely.
Marielle 'Lorena' Adlersflugel: A very kind and pleasant woman of a decade or so older than myself. She seems a practiced warrior, and has the build and confidence to back it up; however, I will mention that her kindness is indeed heartwarming to see, as she is the kind of person whom borders on giddy, but is not quite so. She tries to instill her faith and joy in those around her, she is a good aquaintance to have, and truth be told, I admire her devotion. I receive letters from her occasionally, kind woman, it seems that she has returned to Occitan; it is good to see her find happiness in her homeland.
Brenna Arakis: An odd, unstable woman, who has a tendency to threaten or actually harm those around her; she does not seem malevolent, despite her acts of rage and harm. She is equally blessed in the arts, and is a practiced archer; something tells me there is far more about her I have yet to learn, as Duncan's fiance, I may encounter her a fair amount. Due to the Spin-The-Bottle incident, I found that she is a very direct, and quite forceful kisser.
Brad Burns: This is a man I would bring to the taverns of my homeland; he is often intoxicated, smelling foul, and rambling on. For this reason, he would fit the tavern scene perfectly, and I feel, bring laughs to those about him, including himself.
Cyona Vale: An elven noblewoman who has become Reis's benefactor, I am glad to see that Reis is making friends, and Cyona seems a fair and pleasant person whom has my best wishes; if she will be around Reis greatly, then she'll need it. From what I understand, she is a rather high standing member of the Heartlands Crafts Guild.
Fe Gle Noch: An odd figure, an ash golem, who protects the Crook and Horns as best he can. I cannot say much about him, except that he is unwavering to the protection of the tavern, and follows the word of its caretaker. I believe the golem was destroyed during Vladislav Radimir's attack on the tavern, corrupting it with blight, before the tavern managed to magically, through no fault of my own, explode.
Rataka: A massive, hulking creature of some sort, with a good heart, and a strong arm. I have seen him battle many times, and vice versa, and we have earned each other's warrior's respect. I have learned water can be poisonous to his kind, and that he is made up of smaller creatures. Despite the awkward nature of his differing to mankind, he is a good soul, and has my sword arm when it can be had.
Elizabeth Celanduil: A soft-hearted monster hunter, she seems a practiced sword fighter... but I don't believe I have seen her kill as of yet, though she is physically able to do so, I question whether or not she has the heart for it. Halaster has confided in me that she is capable of taking life, and can bring out death if need be; I will take his word for it. As well, within her quiet nature, she kisses similarly; information provided by the Spin-The-Bottle Incident. She has recently came into a large sum of money, which she spent buying armor and weapons from soneone else. She currently is in a relationship with Halaster Rosethorn Keldorn, also known as The Twice-Born. Halaster seems disheartened by the relationship, though she remains none-the-wiser; I pity her.
Maul: A man bearing giant's blood in his veins, a powerful fighter, whom cold as a stone still carries a good heart. He was raised in slavery through Pychekan mines, but was able to wrestle freedom from his masters, by buying their deaths with his hands.
Laira Cruten: A tiefling with a fair heart and a pleasant enough, if passionate disposition. She came into a slight amount of money, and has put it into investments, hoping to turn more profit in the future. She's contacted myself in working on building projects for her, which I may be able to do.
Reinhardt Freiburg: An Occitanian Kazuth born to station and whose society has established pride and the idealism of status as a primary focus of life. Despite our opposing views, he is good conversation, and he was eager to speak with someone whom knew the language of the White Kingdom.
Shelob Razel: While I first thought this spider a bloodthirsty demon on par with starved vampires, I was proven wrong. Though she is more aggressive with her blood drinking than the vampires in hiding, she has a good heart. She, in hiding, serves the patrons of the healing house, and helped defend them when the building was set upon by demons and foul creatures.
Saren 'Scion' Ola: An odd man who seems pleasant enough, until he is irritated. He's slim, but looks practiced a fair amount, and is the apprentice of Solus the Gravekeeper. I have met him a couple times, but on one occasion, Erik attempted to wake him, and he fired a shot as he woke that could've killed Erik.
Benjamin Mask: An oddly attired and prepared man with a good heart, and a fair sword arm. He praises Selas as he does battle, and even though is somewhat awkward with his fighting, he has the heart for combat. I gave to him my heirloom sword as to save his life, which, was shattered in his hands. I hold no grudge, though, I do miss the blade.
Marcus Olm: A dealer of death and despair across all the lands known to mankind; he has become now the Ruler of Maalik United, and within that nation, stirs dark forces and potents of both his own ilk and those of the mages there. Great forces bind with him, including his demon servant Vekt that serves him valiantly. Marcus is covered head to toe in black armor imposing and dreadful, while also able to conjure demons and soul-burning flames. He has hands in many pockets, and no place is truly out of his reach.
Vekt: A mighty rogue, a demon, sworn to the service of Marcus Olm. I have seen this beast in a flash when it assailed me from behind. Swift and silent as it is strong and brutal; it struck me unconscious; this foe is not to be underestimated.
Erika Schneider: A Vampiress whom is repentant over her condition, and doing her best to maintain proper behavior within society, and drinking blood from donations. I have respect for this female, and I've done business with her tailoring profession in the past, and she is a skilled craftswoman, and a noble soul.
Kira Fyne: A fiery, obnoxious tiefling woman. It seems as though she has her demons, no pun intended, and may not be entirely sinister. However, her wily nature and grudge holding draw me to pause. I have reason to believe she has found death by the hand of Marcus Olm in due cause for her bounty... and perhaps to eliminate complications within Surna.
Itur Maazel: An odd fellow in appearance, who seems to be pleasant enough. I know little of him.
Gravekeeper Solus: A man whom I have only rarely seen, I know not why the dead of Surna are so restless... actually, I have a few ideas; anyways, I admire this man for his work. Many speak of his lethality, and though I fear no man, his abilities may be worth over-estimating.
Alec Smith: A man I know as a monster hunter around Surna, and as an acquaintance of Solomon. The man appears quiet, on the move, but pleasant enough. He helped me corner Vorn Tyrr with his odd gun-based magery, and for that, he has my respect.
Taric: A mammoth of a man, strong and quiet, with an iron blade over his back, and without any remorse for crushing any and all who stands between him and what he wants. He seems to have found a cure for his Ursanthropy, and for that, I am thankful; for both himself, and for any whom may have been around him.
Stom Razel: Captain of the Black Watch in Surna, a practiced drinker, and shooter. Though crass, and all together easily able to brutally decide harsh punishment and death to those on simple circumstance; he is the type of defender Surna needs in times when hope is most bleak.
Cameron De'Aldiers: A man I have heard of as a merchant elite residing in Surna.
Al-Jabar Kasam: The Librarian of the Archivists of Light stationed in Surna; a worker of some devilish magics most likely.
Simon Troph: A guardsman, serious on duty, rediculous when off.
Suile Glan: A goblinoid, one whom mistakenly shot me in the arm on one occasion, and similarly has helped Surna on many occasions. I met him originally when fighting the foul forces of Vorn Tyrr's oppression on the goblin-folk around Surna, and I've seen him many times since. He has assisted Surna during the time of the blight through mustering goblin 'cavalry'. I feel he is in fact a hero as much as any man can be, and he deserves the credit he can be given.
Lady Ada'laina Sylvari: A woman whom I met in my jauntings north into Pycheko, whom I fashioned two daggers and a throwing knife for. It was a chance meeting, I guess we truly do live in a small world in this age. She assisted me in a matter of justice to peoples I've encountered who were wronged, and I assisted her in learning how to wield a blade. I guess perhaps I have had a slew of apprentices in my lifetime, and I hadn't even considered it. She seems to have taken a liking to the man Halaster Keldorn, which brought about heartache and pain when Halaster befouled their relationship. I have not seen her in some time, and I hope she is well.
Vorn Tyrr: A practiced swordsman, someone whom I believe has several life times over myself. He fights like a lightning bolt, but even still, I was able to wound him; however, as much as he is a skilled fighter, he is a skilled mage. This man is incredibly dangerous, and has proven destructive intent. He must be stopped before he can harm anyone else. Thankfully, recently, he was hounded down and put to swift death for his crimes. --- It seems Vorn Tyrr lives again, and must again be put to death.
Saron Bellafontaine: This man is confident, and puts on airs; he claims to be able to provide the blessings of the gods through his ways, and has offered me this on one occasion in my relationship with Selena. I promptly denied him, his unnatural powers could have untold devastation, and I would not risk that, or the genuine nature of my feelings for Selena, for the offer of his 'free' efforts.
Seraya Jay: An odd elf bard female, who uses magic to amplify her magical talents with alien, but interesting, musics. They proved to be in the testing stages, with various possible applications; as well, she seems kindly, enough so to have no qualms repairing what she destroyed through her craft.
Alexander Carver: A young man with a reverence for nature and a powerful drive to defend it. I can respect his motivations, if he's slightly... outlandish.
Christopher Lifeson: A pleasant young man new to Surna, who sought to set himself up and enjoy the young years of his life. I spoke with him when he sought to procure a set of armor, he was a pleasant soul, courteous and vibrant. It was later that I found he was suffering under the curse of Lycanthropy, when he had wandered into town, transformed, and transformed back after being severely wounded; he was later beheaded by a silver axe, unfortunately. I can only hope that now he knows peace.
Colonel Christopher Warston: A military figure for the state of Vale that swears fealty to Sanctimonia. I want to say I've seen him before when I was a younger man, battling with the Gaerdic war parties against Pychekan backed marauders; I cannot prove this though, nor what thoughts I have of him. I know him to also travel with guard, and to also have a slight stutter in command.
Gaerdic Sanctimonian (Grimthor Stormwrath): I have not spoken to this man, but I've noticed his build, and though I know not his story, I recognize his blood.
A Shadowed Visage(Lady Silverspine): I have on one or two occasions sighted a strange being with glowing eyes and shadowey, human form. Upon proper investigation, I found nothing to prove this specter's existence... I will be on my guard.
Past People and Events:
This section contains people whom Aedelric has encountered in his past of note, or references to Events that he may have mentioned:
Aedelric's Travels Across Aeria:Aedelric Adahn had took to the winds since the time he was a young man, for reasons he will say to those whom have heard the right to hear them. Those whom have heard of his exploits, or of his words, may be able to picture a man whom has walked far across Aeria. They are right, for below is a rough etching of Aedelric's path across Aeria, mostly by foot and by boat.
Spoiler:
Countess Phoebe Deruval: The Daughter of a Minor Duke in the reaches of Weissebode, she was a brief interest Aedelric had long ago, which quickly faded when Aedelric led a covert assault upon her father's castle-like manor, to free captives that Phoebe's father intended to sell on the slave trade. Her father proved to be a major instigator of the slave trade in the lands between the Vale, Pycheko, and Weissebode, and his actions as well as his remarks drew Aedelric to great rage, upon which he slew the man. Unfortunately, Phoebe was there to see it, and despite detesting his actions, he was still her father. Aedelric took his leave of that place and its surrounding country within hours, doing what he felt was best for him and her. Aedelric closed that chapter of his life a long time ago, and has since died; though, he does still wonder what happened to Phoebe once she inherited her father's position, which Aedelric learned of through news of Occitan.

Locations:
Connor: Home, in the high hills of the Dragon Coast, on the border between Buchloe and Vale. It is a stretch of beautiful forests, lovely country, and hearty folk. I would be lying if I didn't often dream of the breathtaking landscapes that I could see just outside of my door. My father still lives here, and unfortunately, we do not exchange letters as much as I like.
Aedelric's Camp: Created so that I may pursue my craft outside of the harassment from the Heartlands Crafts Guild or whatever the devil they are addressed as. The camp is situated in a pleasant clearing that is reasonably defendable. Trees on three side, and a strong rock face on the front side. I have constructed a scaffold to go to the top of the rock face, as well as a small personal quarry for stone. I have set up various tents for passers by. There are two particularly large ten, one in which I reside, and one for Erik Fisher. A notable feature of camp is my forging equipment and resources; many often find my camp along the trails due to the sounds emitted and smoke rising. It has been abandoned since the time of the Blight Infestation of Surna.
Lore and Legends:
The Time-Standing Stones: The Legend of the Silver Warrior: This is an old tale that has been lost to time save its presence on the ancient Runestones sanctified by the people of the Dragon Coast. The legend speaks of a great warrior who was the leader of his people, a crownless king, and how he was lured away by a demon who posed to use its ability of unnatural night to crush all of those who followed him. He went to the duel, and mighty as he was, he was defeated by the demon's foulness. However, Selas, as the Dragon Coast peoples referred to her, took great anger at this; through her true night, stars, and the great moon, she shattered his unnatural night, and as her light made contact with the demon, he was turned to a glorious white shine. The warrior, for his greatness, was also turned to silver, and left standing as a monument upon the mountain which he fought, while the remains of the demon were forced into the Earth. Perhaps traces of this metal still exists?
Items of Interest
Heirloom Necklace of Solace – A brass trinket with copper ornamentations set a lovely sunstone; this item had been kept by Adahn’s family on his mother’s side for generations, and his mother carried it with her always, save the battle that took her life. His elder brother held it for a time before leaving for battle, at which point he gave it to Adahn with the best of wishes. If he calls upon hope, determination, or inspiration while clenching the brilliant orange sunstone jewel in the necklace, it will begin to shine with a moderate radiance, which evil or unnatural darkness will find destructive, agonizing, or hampering, based upon the power of said foulness. This is a purifying radiance that seems to stem from both the sun and the moon, hampering those bound by sunlight and moonlight. He has given his spouse, Selena Adahn-Wildercress, full usage of this talismand; though he may request its use from time to time, he acknowledges it as hers as much as it is his, and hopes it can help keep her safe.
Spoiler:
The Picture of Aedelric - A picture drawn of Aedelric by one Selena Wildercress early in their courtship.
Spoiler:
Steel-Scythe: The Sundered Sword – A large khanda sword in the shape of a two handed heavy falchion has gone through the hands of the Adahn’s fatherside for generations. It is a well-honed, expertly cared for blade. When used in the proper stylings of a khanda, using muscles and momentum, the blade shows its true ferocity. Unfortunately, this blade was broken in a fight involving mithril constructs, when Aedelric surrendered it to another fighter to prevent the loss of his life. Aedelric mourns the loss of this blade, but is thankful it was able to help protect another man and keep him from death.
Spoiler:
Before it was broken.
The Talons of Connor: Adahn’s Twin Broadswords – Borne by his own hands and what metal he could procure, Adahn fashioned two strong steel broadswords from the forge at which he learned his craft. His years of effort learning and practicing metallurgy show in these blades, the tempering strong and materials simple; these two potent steel blades have become to Adahn as his arms, skillfully using them to defend them and those around him. These swords have since been replaced as Aedelric has finally, after many months in Surna, afforded himself an upgrade. Aedelric pays great homage to these blades, one more so than the other, as the one had served with him valiantly from times before Surna, to finally being replaced. These blades, the longest surviving one more so, serving now as what Aedelric hopes to be a new family sword.
Spoiler:
WhisperWind - A large composite bow created and honed by Aedelric's careful work, it boasts an impressive range and impressive amount of force for anyone on the wrong end of its drawstring; a soldier's yew longbow armed with a needle bodkin arrow can pierce (non-fatally) platemail; this bow can do the exact same. It boasts a mighty draw strength, and its nature as a longbow requires care and patience in its arming and firing; though not an expert shot, Aedelric has the strength to use the bow, preferring it to other longrange weaponry, and as the staple of the weapon, can loose multiple arrows silently while arbalists and gunners will still be reloading. As well, Aedelric has the advantage of accuracy with this weapon; not relying on the still undeveloped mysteries of precisely accurate guns, or the loading time and lack of range in a Heavy Crossbow; this weapon can fire accurately over a very long range in comparison to these weapons, and has the aforementioned positive qualities as well. In the proper hands, this is a mighty tool indeed; however, Aedelric might not be the best shot in Surna, he can still use the bow to a good degree, and it would be advisable not to fall ont eh wrong end of the bowstring. He doesn't always carry this weapon with him, however, it is a useful item to have ready when needed.

ALL MESSAGES CARRIED OVER FROMT HE ORIGINAL BIOGRAPHY POST:

Well god damn, this is a wonderful page :3
Talked through old Cakebread about the little tiny things but they're all ironed out and this all in all makes me happy to see. Normally I'd point out something about the use of the word mastery in relation to his combat skill but reading into it, it seems like you're mature enough not to be a massive screwball about it.
And hey, what's the worst that could happen. My acceptance, for what it's worth.

Thanks. = ) I always try to keep tabs on what I do, keep myself at a normal level of ability, and even when in /me fights, time permitting, I try to write them as best as possible to give room for the person to react. An example being that Adahn sends his fist towards the jaw of a man who spit on his cheek, instead of something along the lines of 'Adahn punches the man who spit on him'.
Anyways, I'm rambling. I was happy to iron out the wrinkles that were in my biography, and even more so happy to see kind words and an acceptance. I think this is going to be the beginning of something quite fun.

That is, when we get the wheels turning again of course :V oh deary me at least the server's still there

And it will continue to be there as long as I have funds in my bank account. As someone who really hates making char profiles I can appreciate the effort put into this page. I'd just like to go over it to make sure it's all lore accurate first. Looks good at a glance, however and I have the feeling you're plenty trustworthy in any case.

At a glance I agree with the others and obviously think that it has effort put into it. I have skimmed it and variously going back and reading it to scan for errors or anything. This looks good on a new player such as yourself and look for more description and more posts on more characters and lore if you so choose to. I look forward to seeing you play on the server when it becomes more popular again. Seems like it goes down in numbers every few months. Pending until full review of character is finished.

Hahaha
Yeah, so, I guess this character's okay. He's a badass in melee combat, from what I gather, but who isn't these days. I'd be more concerned if he was some powerful mage. Also, that is a lot of themesongs. Couldn't pick just one?
Anyways, I'll be pending until I see how you RP this guy.

I've seen him in a fight. He fights fair, no doubts there. I would just like to note that dual wielding broadswords would be quite difficult since they're quite heavy and a bit to big and unwieldy to use properly. I'll accept though.

Thank you for the accept, I'm glad everything checked out. = )
Also, about the broadswords, I understand most (and in particular D&D Broadswords among some) are particularly sizable and large, similar to the bastard swords Conan wields in the new Conan The Barbarian movie. The ones I wield are perhaps similar, but they're shorter in length than most; I just used the term broadsword to imply that they are double edged. They are not as long as the standard bastard sword length broadsword, but it does have the two edges. I imagine Morrowind-esque Broadswords in his hands, not quite the length of a Norman Sword (the stereotypical longsword that isn't quite a hand-and-a-half), but close; aerodynamic and still large, and with a weight that requires his proficient muscles.
And I know there are a lot of theme songs there, but they all just seemed to work so well, and I'd just found that AMAZING artist. I figured if someone was going to look up my bio, and needed to get an aspect of my character. They could play one of those songs based upon what they needed. They needed to see how I fight, they play the fight song, they need to see me sad, they play the sad song.
Thank you again, had a lot of fun today, hope to see some more of that soon. ^^
