I think the backstory is kind of interesting. There's not enough children in Surna, let alone one like this. I love the way your character looks as a whole. I think he's adorable to an extent, and look forward to seeing what's gonna happen to him. You get an accept from me 100%
With all the evil things happening in the town, the likelihood of a child being allowed to stay in town is none. The watch would undoubtedly have him taken to another town for his own safety.
All children are without means to protect themselves.
Pedobear.
If he ever gets a chance to say something, it will be discredited because he is a child.
Seriously, this makes about as much sense as using knifes instead of feathers in a tickle fight.

Children are not always automatically denied (Jolie-Astrella Violetta Abrielle). I don't like them, personally, because they're either shallow and immature or like a Mary Sue who can do anything as well as or better than an adult can. This one in particular is a bit clichéd. His parents never loved him, he never had any friends, his family died, boo hoo hoo. But whatever.
Not grounds for denial...
Yes, unless you're an extremely good RPer.
Yes.
I don't know about that. The evil stuff is mostly going on behind the scenes. The goblin aggression has also come to a halt, meaning the town is likely much safer.
Also not grounds for denial. RP isn't just about combat.
I sincerely hope we never have to worry about that.
Not necessarily grounds for denial.

Denied. This character thinks and acts like an adult, which pushes it into Mary Sue territory. That, and a couple of the reasons Phoenix listed, are my reasons for denial.
