Spoiler:
Charles Schaefer was born of unknown origion. As a boy his father had deserted him. While he lived with his mother he knew he had to protect her, considering the fact that he was the man of the house now. Training under an unknown ranger, he became skilled with the bow and blade. But when the time came to protect his mother, he couldn't. His mother fell ill and he could do nothing about it, she died in her bed from a sickness that could not be cured. After this, he had nowhere to go. He burnt his house down and disapeared. Along his journeys he fought monsters of Sanctimonia. Coming upon a local village, he had studied under a blacksmith and became a shop assistant. He finally arrived at the trade town Surna, and decided to settle down there, for it was embraced in adventure. As Charles settled down he came to enjoy putting his hobbies to use, and set up a smithing shop where he can sell all his fine weaponry and armor.
One-handed weapons: Charles would often practice swordsmanship in the yard. He can hold his own in a fight but an experienced swordsman could probably defeat him.
Archery: Charles practiced archery most of all, often hunting for small game. He can usually always strike his target where he aims due to his years of practice.
Sneaking: Charles's Small size gives his a sizable advantage when sneaking around, he can hide in the bushes or the shadows of the town without being spoted.
Speech/charisma: Charles is very antisocial, and often hides his face in the shadow of his cowl, he can engage in conversation but it is usually for business.
Courage: Charles loves adventure and is a risk taker, so he is fairly above average when it comes to courage. He can get up close with his bow but he usually goes no further unless forced to.
Smithing/crafting: Charles spent alot of his spare time creating weapons for when he goes hunting, he loves to get creative and can make a fine crafted weapon without wasteing any materials.
Intelligence: Charles is a quick thinker and is smart when it comes to common sense, though he is not very book smart. He can react within a moment's notice to nearly any situation.
Agility/acrobatics: Charles relies on these skills to dodge his enemy, but most the time he uses stealth. He can dodge most sword attacks directed at him.
Endurance: Charles is a wimp when it comes to pain, and he tries to stay out of direct conflicts as much as possible. He can maybe take a hit to a limb but he wouldn't hold out in most pleaces on his body.
Tracking: Charles was a very skilled hunter and would often track animals for their meat and hide for the tavern. He can track nearly anything and is very skilled in this area of expertese.

There we go, that's a nice, brief format.

Naturally have to ask about what he could do with a bow, and do his robes just change texture like a chameleon does? (or something like that, you know what I mean. :V)
Nicely balanced skills, as well. :3

Ahhh. Oh, well now I just feel plain silly.
I'll just hide behind this comically oversized approval.

While it isn't technically proper format point me out to one char page that follows the actual format.
Need more smith chars too.
I'll accept.

I'd like to point out that rating your character's skills is useless because no one can agree on what an 8 out of 10 means. Despite all the arguments revolving around the topic, it's not up for debate. A single sentence naming something moderately challenging for him (but entirely possible on a regular basis) to accomplish is a much better way to describe how skilled he is at something.
Also, don't be afraid to use forum code to make your character page less excruciating easier to read. It makes each section less of a chore to reference if, say, skills and inventory are distinctly marked.

I like the skill system, you referred to everything instead of the top three, Magic, Melee and Archery/Firearms.

Good work
Do note that if your character isn't good at a certain skill, you don't have to include it.

I have removed some unneeded skills, but i'd like to keep my endurance and speech categories because I feel they are important skills for people to know about. Thanks guys for helping me with my character page, it is much appreciated.

REDWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELL!
Spoiler:
When the Vice Captain was in view of the scene, she knew it wasn't right to laugh... but Principal Hook's powdered face and red clown nose were beyond proper attire for an educator. To add to it all, it seemed like culprit had popped Hook's collar in the process and frizzed all his formerly combed hair. She approached him in as professional a manner as she could, doing her best not to smile. "M-.. Mr. Principal.. sir?"
Hook groaned and held his neck. His sore and damaged collarbone had only one thought ringing in his mind. Hook filled his lungs with one deep breath, and..
