The two remaining pods stay sealed, walking cautiously to any entry way as to not disturb the pad anymore.

The twelve units would not simply go down without a fight. The fifteen ton units are armed with razor sharp claws for close range, and a gauss weapon sits upon their shoulders. The units would not hesitate to fire upon any attackers, or even passive entities. Regardless of signal, the units are self-contained, continuing their operations regardless of assistance. The signal of the teeth would be sent, but not without images also corresponding to the unit slashing at it with its claws.

The devices would have welded themselves to the surface of the station, and should they be removed even after such, the process would result in the detonation of the explosive charges that they contain.


In orbit, the vessel gathers any possible information of the event, and of the visible parts of the station. Solutions are set to prepare more pods for landing on the remainder of the stations.

2 of the transport vessels leave the ship and jump out of the system, leaving behind 2 destroyers, the 5 now fully functional corvettes, and 2 of the transports. The ships send a signal down to the Moira shuttle:

The three pods are shredded by massive jaws and devoured, with pools of dark material coming from the wreckage.

The 12 scanning robots get some shots off but are ultimately silenced in very little time by an unknown amount of assailants. The image transmitted is this.

Glints of metal can be seen on the behemoth.

The welded explosives are immediately removed before they can fully weld on. Other robots swarm the devices deactivating their explosive charges and sending them to the depths. A few are not so lucky, and explosions damage the surface of the station. The resilience of the station to resist a heavy caliber of explosives, due to its underwater nature and the storms on the planet, result in minor damage. Hundreds of robots swarm the damage sites and immediately repair them. Defenses on the station trigger and anything attempting to approach the station underwater are destroyed. A signal is sent to space containing a distress code.

In space twenty satellites now aware of the ships in orbit from their projectiles. These satellites activate from the cold space and target the ship that initiated the strikes by several means including visual, electronic and every manner of sight including thermal. Now seen as a major threat, the satellites ignore all other races and focus on this new vessel. Scores of missiles streak toward the ship along with piercing high powered lasers jet toward the now hostile vessel.

An automated transmission is sent from the satellites.

The ships within the station would take the hits, particle shielding nullifying the effects of the attacks. Without hesitation, the ships simply engage slipspace drives, and exit the system.

The two pods below are unarmed, and their shields remain active as they attempt to locate an entrance to the facility.

The satellites in orbit break off and return to their patrols of the sector, the missiles fall into the atmosphere and vaporize.

In front of the two pods is an elevator that is open.

Thank god you're here, we need as much help as we can get. We're having electrical malfunctions, food shortages, we've got people trapped in different parts of the station and we're running low on repair materials to keep our station running. I'll open more pads to get more people down here but we're going to have one hell of a crisis if we can't get more help. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated and rewarded.

More pads open up outside allowing more races to land.

The remaining transports in the system land on the platforms that just opened up. The men on board begin to bring out life support rations intended for the high metabolisms that they possess. These rations should last for a very long time in the station. Some of the soldiers after unloading the cargo then go to the elevators on their platforms and hail the inhabitants of the station.
A message is sent to the other ships from the Moira in Zeadrax:

we had picked up a jump coming into this system but lost track of any ships that may have come through. It may be stealth tech similar to yours so we wanted to know if it was part of your fleet. We also want to know what is the status of the inhabitants of the station on your end.

An elevator opens on the platform in front of the newly landed shuttles.

Several Sno'yarc with a few tools enter the elevator and descend into the station

Thank God you're here we're having major problems throughout the station. I'm the head researcher here at the station Dr. Roberts. These supplies help us. I wish I could give you something in return but half the station is breaking down from the lack of supplies. The west wing is completely inundated and god help us if I can't get the reactor to stop overloading. I'm heading over to the east wing now to work on it, head over to that man in the clipboard with those men over there if you're willing to help, otherwise we'll give you some payment and send you on your way.

Dr. Roberts starts sprinting in the direction of the east wing.

The Troops head over to the man with the clipboard and the Moira. They send a message to the men in the transports to bring down more supplies for the station. They are going to help get the place working at it's full capacity again.

The man with the clipboard waits for the new aliens to approach.

We have a few key areas that need help. The reactor room is being fixed by Dr. Roberts, so that's not a crisis for the time being. I need several people to head down to the shark tanks and lock them down, if they get out...... Anyway, for now I have people pumping the west wing. I've lost contact with the southern robot bay, I need someone to go check it out, don't worry the robots are all peaceful, someone would have had to reprogram them, but I can't imagine that ever happening. Northern Hydroponics is offline, the northeastern vehicle bay is leaking and the research labs.....

The Rhyndir Union

The Elevator brings down a second set of Sno'yarc. These appear to be engineers this time however. The commander of the first group agrees to help control the shark tank situation. They try to discuss in Zeadrax to the Moira that since the Rhyndir have taken up the offer on the sharks, they may help with the robotics bay. This will give an even work spread and allow them to divide any reward evenly.
The ships on the landing pad are still emptying their cargo to bring down to the base. By now the third and forth groups of engineers are coming down the elevators with more supplies. These containers are filled with metal that is meant to repair the damage on the station.

The Moira troops move ready to the robotics bay, a small group stays behind in case something happens. Meanwhile, the Moira's ship sends a transmission back to the Rhyndir...

A blast door opens in the corner of the room. Lights begin illuminating a pathway down a large corridor for the Rhyndir to follow toward the shark tanks. The door to the shark tank area rests in another sector of the station, where crossing through the corridor transfers them to an entirely new arm of the station. At the end of this hallway is a giant blast door, it is partially open seemingly jammed with sparks coming from it. To get under it, crawling would be required.

For the Moira, they proceed in the opposite direction down a long hallway toward the next section of the station. The robotics bay lays in sight. The lights flicker down the corridor toward another blast door. An access panel rests on the side of the door. A button glows green, as if inviting someone to push it. Anything beyond the door, rests in a total silence.

Upon pressing the button, a mechanical arm shoots through the opening door grabbing the engineer and dragging him inside with one forceful motion. In the engineer's place, roughly twenty unarmed robots with glowing red eyes stare out from the flickering smoking room. The engineer is quickly lost from sight as the robots begin walking toward the new arrivals, some smeared with blood, others wearing fragments of human skin and clothes. All say the same exact thing in a low monotone voice.

Many oft the machines are cut down, but more behind them take their place and the front advances over the corpses of the dead. Over the Moira, rattling is heard, the vents above them break and more of these automatons fall upon them from the ceiling. Behind them a thinner line of robots begin to form and start heading toward the Moira from 20 meters. A hand shoots up from the grating below the Moira grabbing one of them by the leg. Three more shoot up grabbing three more members within seconds.

The chanting of the robots continues from all directions.

The thinner line collapses with its last robot exploding in a shower of sparks and metal. The other line is gouged by the grenades with the final three robots falling upon the last men, killing them but the robot bay is now completely dead silent. The corpses of the four Moira are littered through the area, The three men destroyed by their own grenades, the final victim, the original engineer, torn apart by the robots before their ultimate demise.

The area now seems clear, but the robotics bay is doused with a hue of red and its lights are still flickering on and off. Many repairs need to be made to the area before it is suitable for use.

The Soldiers form up, one of them moving towards the blast door. Upon reaching the door, he dismounts his Sno'yarc and walks underneath easily to inspect the other side of the door and what lies beyond it. The others watching him intently.

The other group of Rhyndir enter into the first area where the other group had met the scientists to instruct them where to go.

The area is slowly filling with water from the broken tanks. Several so large they span entire football fields in their magnitude. In those tanks the only things visible are dark figures on outskirts of the tanks where the lights no longer seem to be connected.

There are scores of other tanks all throughout the area. Some with abominations, others with gene spliced regular sharks. The scientists in the area are frantically trying to patch the leaks completely ignoring anything else other thank the task at hand.
