Vaas Silas, new resident in the Surnan region and Archivist of Light member, uncovered a strange armor while he and fellow Archivist's were searching for leads on the Lich Mirage Silverspine. The Archivist's say that the armor is dangerous and have some connection to the demonic realm, though it is unclear what. Vaas has warned Surna of its nature and has hidden it away from public eyes. They relate the armor set to that of the old Surnan hero Thorn Razel had over 200 years ago. Until it is deemed safe for entry into the Archivist's realm, it has been hidden under lock and key until such a time happens. The Surnan Post will keep you posted as events unfold.

Following the uncovering of the strange demonic armor the Archivist's claim to have found around Surna, four bodies were found in a local hotel room in the market district of Surna, two of which being Archivist's themselves. The Watch is looking into the possibility of religious warfare for the armor because of the markings of the other two men found deceased in the same hotel room. Though the Watch cannot confirm the activity of cultists in the area, they believe the Archivist's are under attack from these cultists for the armor. More people are suspected in the conflict between the two parties from the obvious signs of fighting with blood and singe marks coating the room.
A third party is also up for debate from the investigators because of the vicious way the men died, all having the same large hole in their chest where their heart should be. Vital organs belonging to the torso region are also missing from the bodies, suggesting a twisted killer here in Surna. Any information on the victims or the killer are always welcomed by the Watch with their hands full from recent events.
