Odain Morll was born as an only child to a small village, this village while mostly insignificant was surrounded by a perculiar aura of cold and ice, the people living in the area did not have the manpower nor resources to move somewhere else, or rebuild the village altogether, they simply withstood the cold and grew their crops outside the aura. At a suprisingly young age Odain took an interest into the mystical aura and eventually into magic itself, spending what little coins he earned on books, teaching himself various things alongside magic. His study into the cold field led him to begin casting his own Ice spells and while he was worried at first he eventually began learning deeper into this particular element, spending alot of his free time weaving and harmlessly practising his spells on the air and ground. Despite his best efforts, he did not discover how to dispell and seal the cursed aura, and his sources of knowledge were becoming harder and harder to find and obtain, eventually he decided to leave the village in pursuit of learning more about the arcane aswell as a bit of adventure, taking what he could and saying his goodbyes. Odain rarely ever left the aura, the sudden warmth took him off guard as he continued on, deciding to stop in the first place he could....
Alignment
Lawful Neutral - Odain wants to do good, however his young age and lack of experience means he is easily swayed, he still has common sense though.
Ice Manipulation/Magic - <{ | | | - - - - - - - }> - Odani has studied this particular elemental form of magic for the majority of his life, he has made progress and enjoys his study but still has alot to learn.
One handed weapons - <{ | | | - - - - - - - }> - Odain's small amount of practical combat experience with his shortsword has improved his skill somewhat, but against a trained opponent he would still be outmatched.
Other forms of Magic - <{ | | - - - - - - - - }> - He has not spent alot of time looking into any other kind of magic, but he finds time to atleast learn how to practise other kinds of spells.
Unarmed Combat - <{ | - - - - - - - - - }> - Odani has very little knowledge or practise with any kind of martial arts technique, but his punches can still hurt, kind of.
Ice/Rock Sculpting - <{ | | | | - - - - - -}> - Odain has spent alot of his free time crafting statues and other art out of the Ice he can create, on a small scale his skill can be impressive given enough time, though he is far from creating giant, master-piece sculptures.
Attributes
Spoiler:
Strength - <{ | | | | - - - - - - }> Odani spends very little time on exercise, and his relativly thin build means his strength is quite lackluster.
Agility - <{ | | | | | - - - - - }> His thinner build also means he is more agile then average, though he is far from capable of impressive acrobatics.
Intelligence - <{ | | | | | | - - - - }> Odani has spent his life in the pursuit of knowledge, and he still wants to learn everything he can about the world.
Endurance/Stamina - <{ | | | | - - - - - - }> What little time he has spent on honing his physical form allows him to run for quite a long time, aswell as performing any straining task alittle better then most people with his body type.
Willpower/Wisdom - <{ | | | | | - - - - - }> Odani is determined, atleast for now, it wont take much to anger or upset him, his quest for knowledge is all he has, however.

Frozen Soul (Passive)
<{ | | | - - - - - - - }> Odani's use of and exposure to magical Ice has given him a strong resistance against natural cold, and a weaker resistance against other Ice spells. As he gains higher ranks in this, the resistance increases. At later ranks his ability to regenerate wounds and restore stamina is actually increased in cold places.
Ice Shards (Offensive)
<{ | | | - - - - - - - }> The caster can project a short range spray of cold from his hands, this spray also contains fast moving pieces of sharp ice that are capable of shredding unprotected flesh, but against armor these shards are useless and the pieces melt quickly. As rank increases, the number, spread and speed of the shards strengthens. At later ranks the shards take much longer to melt.
Frostball (Offensive)
<{ | | - - - - - - - - }> After channeling for a few seconds, Odani forms a sphere of frost in his hands, he can then send this orb to a location up to a medium range, upon impact the sphere explodes, splashing a freezing cold liquid around a 1 meter area which then hardens and sticks, the Ice will freeze and crack exposed skin, also limiting movement and being very painful, however even simple clothing can reduce the effectiveness of this spell. As spell ranks are gained, the size and splash area increases, at later levels, Frostball begins ignoring whatever's defending the skin, up to a limit.
Cold Shell (Defensive)
<{ | | | - - - - - - - }> After around ten seconds of concentration, Odani forms lightweight Ice-Armor around his body, the caster is unaffected by the cold generated by the armor. This mystical Ice is very resistant against sharp weapons, such as swords and arrows, but blunt objects (Including bullets) will quite easily smash through the casing. At his current level of training, this armor is limited to a curiass, boots, gauntlets and grieves. As spell ranks are gained, the coverage and strength of the armor increases, as this spell reaches its peak level the caster can choose to magically detonate the suit from their body, sending large shards of razor sharp Ice in an area around him, however this completely destroys the armor.
Sapping Aura (Utility)
<{ | | | - - - - - - - }>
Odani, after a couple seconds of channeling, cools an area around him for a few minutes, this cold increases the closer to the caster you are. At it's current level, temperature reduction is around 8 degrees celcius at the very edge to 15 celcius being right next to the caster. As spell level increases, so does the size of the aura and level of temperature reduction, at the later levels, Sapping Aura will synergize with Frozen Soul, healing lesser wounds at incredible speeds.

Added a picture/theme, edited the inventory to fit what he actually has, added a rank onto one of his spells.
