| Roland Vulcor, killed by execution with a silver axe after being bitten by a Lycanthrope, was assumed to be gone forever, now never able to complete his life goals, but he clung to the mortal world, being driven by revenge of the evil creatures and the people that killed him, and with help from demonic energies he was near in the battles he took place in, he has taken a spiritual form. He is fueled by obsession and revenge, wanting to finish his life goals by defeating the evil demonic enemies that threaten innocent people of the world. He still retains his memories of his life, but has become much more detached to his friends and family, focusing more on his goals, and is willing to fight anyone who stands in his way or threatens his goals.

| I try not to be too picky about these things, but if you're going to apply for a Revenant character, you must have more detail. Don't you think his death and resurrection as a ghost is something that deserves a little more thought than "he was killed by execution with a silver axe?" | |

- Revenants are one of the oldest and most popular forms of spirit by far, as they are both common and conspicuous in their behavior. Revenants are mortal souls that have clung to life for one reason or another, and master necromancers take pride in being able to summon and control them. While not always violent, they are often driven by revenge or obsession, so caution is recommended when dealing with one. Their forms may vary, but usually look like the deceased when he (or she) was alive, and possess all the memories and intelligence (though not necessarily the personality) of the deceased. Like Wraiths, Revenants can physically interact with their surroundings, yet nothing can physically harm or hinder them, save for specialized enchanted weaponry and magic. Depending on who they were, Revenants may even use spectral weapons and magic. This makes them potentially quite dangerous.
So what this means is, anyone with sufficient cause to stay on the mortal plane after their death could likely become a Revenant. Necromancers can sometimes summon them. Random, chaotic energies can cause them to manifest. There are a lot of possibilities, so I recommend you choose one and focus on it. Make his death a more important part of the character, not just "Oh by the way I'm dead now." That is, if you're not doing that already.

| I would say beef it up, but your character is dead. Silver axe, kills and has effects against spiritual and mystical entities. That would include your attempted soul. Consult the admin team and work with them, stop ignoring them and bumping the posts that you refuse to alter. | |

Tell me how many words it would take you to aptly describe the color red to a blind person. Then double that. Now include the number of letters in Mary Poppins' most famous word. That is what I expect you should aim for when making a revenant. Even if you only type three paragraphs, type more than what you have because it looks like you don't want it bad enough. Seriously. More.

Simon saaaaays This is a big of an exaggeration, Pho, lol. But Pho is right, you need to expand upon the 'how and why' a lot more, Wiz. So, some notes on what may have gone on. Silver axes wouldn't destroy his soul- purify it, perhaps, but that doesn't mean anything AFTER the attack. If demonic energies affected him afterwards, and he had strong ties to the world for whatever reason, it could bring him back. Now, it doesn't matter if Roland doesn't know. You, OOCly, have to know and tell us what keeps him here, wiz. Explain to us what is keeping him here; what urge, what desire, what emotion. What's the thing that gave him the willpower to not move on. It could be trauma. It could be a desire for revenge. It could be deep sorrow, or even bitterness at his lack of reward for doing good deeds. The list goes on. Just try to figure something out, stick with it, and expand on it.
