The Republic of Pycheko, a large country of unified former kingdoms on the fringe of the wastes, has broken its isolationist doctrine, in an attempt to reach out to other countries. Ambassadors from Pycheko are sent to many countries, including our very own Sanctimonia. While the Czar of Pycheko made no public comment on the matter, Ambassador Retyom Urii had this to say,"The people and their glorious Czar have made the decision to open arms to the nations and kingdoms around the world. Pycheko will no longer be an isolationist state! With our offer of friendship we wish to warm the hearts of the Sanctimonian people and establish open relations with the State. We have asked to have an embassy in Surna, as it represents our nation itself. A diverse area of different races and creeds, yet unified! The Czar and Pycheko's people await Sanctimonia's response."

While the request is generally accepted as one of good intentions, political and historical analysts warn that the nation may not be what it seems. Having been a mysterious area for centuries, the isolationist attitude of Pycheko has shrouded most if not all of major events that might give hint to what kind of country Pycheko may be. Many know Pycheko from the little heard about Minotaur War in Pycheko's swamplands, but beyond that few can say how Pycheko was formed or even what language they speak. This is what the analysts are worried about, that there is little known about the nation in detail.

But many would argue that this is just what Ambassador Urii wishes to get rid of, the ignorance of their nation because of its former isolationist policies. While Surna is wrapped up in the Cartel ordeal, little people seem to know or care about the request of an Embassy in Surna, thinking that the goblin issue is more important. Sanctimonian and Surnan officials have yet to accept or deny the request.

Why does Pycheko want an embassy in Sanctimonia's asscrack?

It's one of the worst cities, if not the worst. The majority population are in poverty/rioting/dying. Plus, the citizens in general are an embarrassment to the nation's theocracy.
