Pycheko: Cities, Regions, and climate.
Spoiler:
Cities.
Note that this does not represent all cities present, as well as the countless towns and villages.
Vytek.
Spoiler:
The large capital city of Pycheko, home to the revolution and the Czar's government palaces, including the headquarter of the Commissariat. It lies on the end of the Nizhniy-Gor river, at the sea. Has a large population of aristocrats and loyalists. Also has a large population of poor to match.
Lykaregrad.
Spoiler:
The city of Lykaregrad is named after the first Czar of Pycheko. It is a large merchant trading and sea-faring city at the end of the Troike river. It is the base for most trading by sea, and is the head quarters of the Navy. It has one of the most diverse populations, being that most immigration comes from the seas.
Rykovgorod.
Spoiler:
On the end of the southern river of Shanibutz lies the industrialized Rykovgorod. It where most of the poor on the east live, as there is really nothing there to do but menial labor. Black smoke billows out of the city, creating a very dark, depressing sky. The river is polluted and unhealthy, with so much of the factory's byproducts being diverted there. The city has the highest priority propaganda project, as the life there frankly sucks. The only real way to advance is to become a political officer or be a part of the local para-military policing forces. It is host the largest forced-labor of non-humans and magic using persons, and pumps out large amounts of military supplies.
Kyribad-Blemne.
Spoiler:
The largest supplier of farmed goods in Pycheko. Its dual name comes from the two original villages it sprouted from, that grew into each other. It is a rather small city surrounded by a poor suburban area, and the center of a huge farming net that stretches for miles. The farms, although far from the city, are kept under check by posts of Political Officers nearby. The center of the city itself is really just an aristocratic area.
Bymirovograd. The home-town of the current Czar and the head quarters for the army. It is located in the middle of the country inbetween Shanibutz and Nizhniy-gor. It is host to many farms, a few factories, and the large military complexes and palace estates that are used by military High Command.
Sercza. A large town bordering the extreme cold area of the Yuriva tundralands. It is high in giant population. It hosts the training complex for the Buriczyka, the elite soldiers of the army. And the headquarters for the Wastes Exclusionary Territory divisions.
Gretzogorod. The town bordering the Biripolyp swamplands, and hosts a large amount of soldiers before their entry into the frontline of the Minotaur war. Of little importance before the war, it is now the focal point of the Army's deployment into the swamplands.
Regions.
Spoiler:
Pycheko is a large country that stretches from the mountains of northern Sida to the border of the Wastes. Most of the massive land is covered in a vast expanse of plains, named the Dyyivortzyem greenland. These plains exist mostly in the east of Pycheko, however.
Forests dominate the western area, where the 3 great rivers originate. From there they follow along the rivers. The forests become sparser as you go further eastward, where the more civilized areas are to be found. This large forest is named The Trynka forest.
Inbetween the forests and the Sidan mountains lies the Biripolyp swamp. This swamp is part of the basin from which 2 of Pycheko's great rivers derive water from. It is inhabited by the native Minotaur, the extremely aggressive "goat-men" that Pycheko wages war on.
To the north is the tundra and its vasts forests, named the Yuriva tundralands. They are the border to the wastes, and are occupied by the military to monitor the Wastes Exclusionary Territory.
Finally, 3 main rivers that run through Pycheko are arguably the most important feature of the land. The southmost river is named Shanibutz. The river running in the middle, and the one supporting the most cities, Nizhniy-gor. Finally, the northern river is named Troike.
Climate. Pycheko experiences extremely cold winters and falls, cool springs, and very warm summer.
